I was an early Revolution Golf member and took advantage of singing up for lifetime Rev Golf Plus membership early on when the site was a fledgling enterprise. As it turned out, it was a great decision. I also like the many product offers with a one year money back guarantee. I can truly say that Revolution Golf has improved both my play and my enjoyment of the game.

I ordered two products, which were received promptly and was as advertised. My "major" issue is the "deceit" in automatically charging me for a membership. Didn't WANT it. One should off to opt in after a trial period not vise-versa. This is the same deceitful tactics magazines used to "scam" others with. Surely unhappy with this.

Ordered a MGI Zip Navigator Golf Trolley on 10/09/18, it shipped later that same day and arrived in two days. Shipping was free, no sales tax and the listed sale price was over $100 lower than the competition. They also included over $200 of accessories with the order. Communication via email was excellent. Totally pleased with the entire transaction.

More than happy to take your money and send you tons of e-mails every week about all their amazing offers... When you actually want to get hold of them about the money they've taken from you with no product at the end of it, of course they say nothing. Avoid like the plague

Ordered something, realized I put the wrong shipping address down, called right away and they said they would leave a note to ship it to where I wanted it to go. Was not sure if they would do that so the next day called and cancelled my order, 2 days later I got an e-mail saying It was shipped to the place I didn't want it to go. Called again and cancelled my Revolution +. Thought they could help me better than that.

Have enjoyed all the years of following the various instructors of golf.
They always kept my interest up from year to year.
And now that I'm in my 70's and slowing down I am passing on from golfing to only watching golf.

I had questions about the new membership as it applied to me. A delightful young lady gave me my moment of clarification when she explained that I was a lifetime member. Wow did I make a good decision about 4 years ago when I chose to purchase that lifetime membership. They have some really delightful people in. Customer Support.

I am very impressed with this company. They were quick to resolve an issue with my order. They followed up with me through email AND a phone call. I couldn't believe the personal attention I got, considering they're now up to over 2 million members. Whenever I have a question about a golf related product, I'll probably just email them for advice!

Previously, I received my purchase without problems.
I have now been waiting for a number of weeks and still no parcel.
I am still awaiting for a reply from customer services.
This is now making me dubious about buying from revolution golf again.

The purchase was very easy and I enjoy the product. I have also purchased a couple of range finders, one I returned, and both transactions were exceptional. I have enjoyed the videos and I know it has really helped me lower my scores and get more comfortable playing again in Arizona.

Great service, great communication and fast shipping. I was having trouble tracking shipment, customer service sent me info and all was good. Now if my swing gets fixed I'll be the happiest guy in the world!

I called Revolution Golf for some information about a golf club and was shocked to discover that the customer service rep new all of the answers. That's not my normal experience with a company's customer service.

I had some issues with my email and login to the site as well as some billing issues. I was able to reach Kevin one of the customer service reps and he not only handled this three issues very effectively he had me stay on the line until we could make sure that each and every issue was resolved correctly. I was very impressed and I'm very please with the service thanks

I recently was unable to get to my computer when a much-in-demand video series went
On sale, I was able to buy it by calling RG customer service on the phone. In fact there was a "wait line" so I opted to have them call be back. They did so, and the sale was made for the early bird price. I'm a satisfied customer.

This company is awful. They must have the worst back of house program. I have tried to unsubscribe so many times and they still have not done so. Their tips are not that flash - youre far better off paying the money and going to your local PGA pro in my opinion.

My experience with customer service was right on. I was put on hold to wait for next available service rep. And a recording played saying I could keep my place in line and get a call back. I chose to do that and was called back within 40 minutes and my issue was resolved. I have ordered several items and always been pleased with turn around time. Lastly, I love the video tips!
