I cannot understand how a company like this stays in business. They have on average 15-20 minute hold times, which is completely unacceptable in today's business world.
You have to beg them to refund your money spent on a inferior product and they literally treat you like you are a nuisance and a bother to them. If I ran my business like this my customers would NOT be doing business with me very long.
It is a shame as they have I believe just been bought by the Golf Channel. Just my opinion, BUYER BEWARE!
