I ordered online the bundle deal of fairway metals, i then received info on the available driver, of which I wanted to revise my order to include the driver and swap out one of the fairway metals. I was unable to correct and resubmit my order to include the extra club online. I called service within 10 minutes of placing the order, explained I wanted to correct my purchase. She said she would cancel this order, and was assured it was cancelled, and that she would send me conformation and then I would have to resubmit my order. The next morning I received a confirmation of my order being PROCESSED and SHIPPED... thanks a lot, now I have to pay shipping cost to return the bundle deal, wait until it is returned and credited back to me and then resubmit my order. All because you can not stop and correct an online order, even within a 10 minute time frame. I don't think I'll be ordering anymore merchandise due to lack of cooperative control.
