First of all, they advertised free help. But once you go through the process you get to the end to find out it is not free. Also they do not know the difference between accounts payable and accounts receivable. Their suggestions of duties are backward for these two. The file they give you is PDF and you have to go to their website to edit. If you send the resume from your email. The receiver can not open. You must send the email from thier website. Not what I was expecting.
I love the features and quit templates you change your resume and update it and save it! Also giving you fine points and accurate information to use power words to make your resume stand out strong and efficient.
I liked this resume helper which helped me update my resume with new wording and better sentences that I had. That was the great part! The not so great part was when I downloaded it and I am using a MAC, and then I was in editing hell moving bullets, and phrases and trying to make it look nice. It was a nightmare. They should mention that it only works on a PC. It took me hours to get it to look right visually. Other than that I think it's quite a good help.

My experience using resume help service has been great. Ally from customer service was very pleasant and knowledgeable about assisting me with the questions I had about resume help. Resume help has been a great experience in assisting me with preparing my resume.
I was a day late in cancelling the 14 Day Full Access and was billed for the full amount of the subscription. I quickly cancelled and contacted the Live Chat and the rep helped me get a full refund. Very grateful for the customer service. And the resume I made with them was great as well.
My resume was sort of bland but after running it through resumehelp they gave me words i couldn't think of instead the same old plain words found in most resumes. I was inpressed and because i was on a budget and only used the free period when i forgot to cancel they even understood and allowed me to get a refund... i appreciate them being so understanding!
When I initially called for help in editing my resume the person I spoke to was not helpful. I was extremely frustrated when the call disconnected and he was not able to help me. I had to copy and paste it and edit it myself. When I called today to cancel my membership I spoke to Arthur and he was very courteous and helpful!
They say you sign up on one day that isn't true then refuse to refund you until you ask to speak to a supervisor then all of a sudden you get a refund. I will not use this service again and will not refer anyone to this service!
I don't usually got time for this kind of stuff but tonight i got time. When i looked up resume builder i saw an ad for this website right at the top. It was listed as and I quote "Free Resume Builder". I spend 30 minutes typing out all of my amazing qualities & once i get to the end this hoe wants me to pay $2 to turn it into a document. Well I am not the one. I usually do not steal but tonight i did. I screenshot shotted the document view of my resume & i turned it into a document myself. This was a wonderful and easy website to help me write up a resume and cover letter that I have not done in years! Needless to say I got an interview, hopefully the job :) Also the live chat customer service was easy, helpful and quick. Probably one of the best I have delt with in a long time by using Live Chat. Read the fine print or you'll end up with a $25 charge on your account! We called to cancel and were told it would be refunded, and instead they charged us AGAIN so when we went to cancel AGAIN they would only refund one of the charges. Watch out.

They will steal from your bank account on a monthly basis after you pay the $1.95 charge for fourteen days. This company owes me over $175 in money they have stolen from my account. I adjusted the account settings so that i would not be billed monthly and still they debited my account. Dodgy- no head office, no CEO and the call centre is run by some spanish guy working from his loungeroom. This company does not even get a star from me but had to select to post. Run away and DO NOT USE this company. Dodgy as.
I had contacted the company in regards to an unauthorized charge that was made on my card on someone else's account. First I received an email that my ticket was closed and this situation was taken care of even though it was not and I didn't even hear from anyone so I had to submit another request. I explained my situation again hoping that they would understand and reverse a payment taken out of my account especially with the proof provided. The customer care representative was not helpful and stated I "agreed to pay it so I can enjoy the services for the remaining month". Again I cannot have agreed on a payment if it was not my account and I didnt have access to this account. Luckily I was able to dispute this charge right away with my bank though I would have preferred to go through the company to make this less stressful on my end. The representative was rude and unwilling to help me further. Would not recommend this company.
I have diddled with the web site for less than an hour and have a great resume. It was toooo easy. I contacted customer service with questions about a subscription through the online chat. This also, to easy. The whole site is a breeze. The people were prompt and courteous. I highly recommend. Five Stars all the way.

I was going out of my mind needing a resume for a job application when some told me about resumehelp.com I checked it out and the easy to follow steps was as if my grandson had done, so easy. Thank you resumehelper.com I got my resume and now I have a new job to boot, thank you so much.
First they say FREE then after you create then they'll force you to pay for your own resume that YOU created. So i was forced to enter my credit card details just to be able to download the file for 1.95 AUD whoch gave me a 14days trial. I talked to a customer service provider thru thier live chat help that same day and he clearly stated that there was no subscriptions under my account and that I shouldn't worry. Guess What? That's a $#*!ing lie, I was charge for over 5 months after that and when I found out and rang them, they said that I signed up and never cancelled, but
I've never login or ever used their service since that day. NOTE: God pls don't even use their service for anything. They will keep charging you for months without your consent and you may not even notice until who knows when. See the attached photos.
I was able to write a resume snd print it easily, but when my credit card balance was high I realized I was being charged a monthly fee. I didn't know that was how it worked. I thought I signed up for a single use. I was $24.95 three months in a row

They'll sign you up for a subscription without you knowing. They'll charge you without you knowing, and when you call to cancel they are absolutely no help. I managed to get my refund, thankfully only missing a month. The website is an absolute mess, and I don't believe who I talked to was a real person. Please go somehwere else.
Answer: Then don't, because they will charge you $24.90 even if you cancel your subscription immediately after printing your resume.
Answer: They will give the absolute run around. I had them tell me they had no re it's of me being a customer, even with my account details. I ended up going trough the Better Business Bureau. BBB managed to recover 65% of the money stolen from my account. The resume help swindlers refused to refund everything they had stolen. That's how they make their money after all.
Answer: I just cancelled my 14 day subscription now. So after reading all these reviews I think I will stay on the safe side too and cut this credit card in half before this month is up, just to be on the safe side
