I made my resume and it was easy to do. I emailed after being charged for a month. 4 months of charges later, I called. I was told there was no record of my cancellation request and no offer to refund my money. I had to cancel my credit card in order to stop on going charges.
I built my resume for $1.95. Same resume would cost a hundred dollars. I used the chat feature to cancel subscription and everything was extremely smooth. Aaisha was more than helpful! I will recommend this to all of my friends!
This place is indeed a scam do not use them go and build a resume through microsoft word or a company that actually has somewhat quality customer service. I purchased the trial package and made damn sure to cancel so that the copy of the resume only cost the 2.50 like they said right? Makes sense and still fairly priced. Went about my normal life to see that these sneaky bastards charged my bank account 25 dollars for a month worth of this. WHY WOULD I NEED A $#*!ING MONTH WORTH?!?!?! After speaking with customer service and the guy telling me i was lying about canceling... well here i am writing a review about this terrible company. Im sure it has to do with the fact these guys hardly ever make sales so when they do there is 0 chance of a customer deserving their money back because i mean this guy probably needs to pay his bills too right? Yeah $#*! this place and stay the $#*! away they are worthless pieces of $#*!!

I recently did a resume and I paid the $1 and some change to be able to print out my resume. Well I forgot to unsubscribe and they charged my card. I immediately contacted them and I got my money back. They are amazing. Thank you so much and i will be telling everyone about this experience ive had.
This company is so understandable and helpful. I did the 7day free trial and forgot to cancel it afterwards because I was out of town... when I noticed my account was charged I chatted with customer services and they refunded me the whole amount. I will definitely use them when I can afford the services in the future!

The gentleman that assisted me was patient, informative and kind. Good customer service. He was able to save my account so that I wouldn't close it because I am not using it now. As I explained to him, I was preparing a resume because I was retiring, but I have been denied retirement. (Some places can do that, so beware!)

I called customer service because I woke up to an unknown charge of $19.95 from Resumehelp and I was angry to wake up to that. However, when I called, Vlas was SO helpful and kind, even if my tone sounded a bit frustrated due to this unknown charge. He explained that he could refund me and he even offered to give me a discounted membership charge. He mentioned multiple times that they care about their customers and just want to be helpful and that went a long way with me. By the end of the call, my tone had completely changed and he definitely took the time to make sure I got exactly what I needed. He even gave me tips/good luck on my job search. I was extremely impressed.

When when I call to cancel my subscription I could barely understand the customer service rep do to her broken English. This is not very good customer service from a company who otherwise offers a very important service to those who need it
The site is very useful for building a resume! I only needed to build a quick resume and forgot to cancel the subscription... however i was able to contact someone and they were able to quickly fix the situation! Great customer service! :)

I used Resumehelp to make one resume. It worked well, then I forgot to delete my account. It charged me for a month because I forgot. But as soon as I called they cancelled my account and refunded me the month I was never logged in. With no hassle.

I used this site to get some resume assistance, as far as wording and set up. I used it just a few times for the ideas, and I may have printed my draft resume. After initial account set up, I am sure I only used the site one or possibly two other times. So when I saw the charge for $19.95 coming out of my account I was stunned and though I could not reach a person with the number that showed with the charge, did via chatting session. They explained the service to me, but they canceled the subscription and stopped the auto deduction that was set to occur every month and in addition, they credited the amount that is pending on my account. This was very decent of them to do, I think. The whole process, which I would have preferred to not have to deal with this at all, but my fault for not understanding beforehand, was painless, easy and quick and done to my complete satisfaction.
Hidden $39.95 monthly fee! EXTREMELY EXTREMELY RUDE customer service and they are all foreign with thick accents that are difficult to understand. I got charged the $39.95 fee just moments ago and was surprised by it. I called to cancel and expected they would credit that charge (like any other company would do). They refused and were very rude and I could hardly understand what she was saying due to her thick accent. I also had spoken to another person prior who also was unintelligible and rude and the call for dropped.
During my recent request for customer service through your agent, Benjamin, he was excellent addressing my needs. He was prompt, efficient and courteous addressing my request. Great company to do business with!
I recently applied for a volunteer position, as an ESL tutor, and I needed to give my resume. The template was easy to use and customize to what I needed. I was also able to cancel the service, easily, too, as I no longer needed it.

Answer: They will give the absolute run around. I had them tell me they had no re it's of me being a customer, even with my account details. I ended up going trough the Better Business Bureau. BBB managed to recover 65% of the money stolen from my account. The resume help swindlers refused to refund everything they had stolen. That's how they make their money after all.
