I spoke to a consultant regarding an issue and he was very pleasant and helpful. Being in the customer service industry, I really appreciate the helpful attitude. I wish I knew his name so he could get credit!

My resume was completed with outstanding successes. Thank you. Kudos to Benjamin Delgado for great customer service. I will use Resume help if needed in the future and have and will recommend this site to friends and colleagues, Thank you.
I had a quick question but am always afraid the help will not be quick or helpful. But, at ResumeHelp it was both! Add that to the quick and easy resume I just built and that equals an awesome experience!
So the thing that's scammy about this site is the automatic charging after your 14 day subscription. That's not so bad until you realize when it's too late that your 3 dollar pay jumps to 25 DOLLARS. You get no confirmation email that your subscription is going to end so if you're busy trying to get a job you're obviously not going to remember after 14 days and they just automatically charge you 25 bucks. So a scam kinda. They do let you know that happens in the first confirmation email of your subscription but it's more towards the bottom. Should still have an email that it's about to end but you don't get that. But their customer service is really great. So Christian if you're reading this... I hope your life is awesome.
Watch out, you get charged $30 and they don't help you at all. Was hung up on twice, first person I spoke with was rude and told me to "man up" to my payment and refused to transfer me to another person. Called back to hear the first person I talked to in the background yelling my name then was hung up on. Unprofessional to say the least
ResumeHelp is a great site that helps build resumes in a way that appeals to humans as well as ATS. They have variety of patterns and language to build strong resumes. Their live chat is very instant and help seekers are provided with help instantly.
My experience mirrors that of virtually every review I've read about this company. Their "business model" appears to be enticing new users with a low cost resume option, hiding the monthly auto. Renewal subscription fees in the fine print, and then hoping you won't notice the monthly cc charge until you've paid a small fortune for a mediocre resume. $39.80/month! Who would knowingly pay almost $500/year for a "resume-building tool"? Canceling took forever--can't find your account info., can't find your email address, can't find your name, please send screen shot of cc charge to "customer service"! I hope it's canceled now, but I'll have to watch my cc bills very carefully in the future. Beware!
So looked up free resumes,, this little gem pops up spend half hour,, typing,,,. Then it says pay 3.95 ok sur why not,,, down load,, e-mail fine,,, then they charge me 34,95 for a subscruiption i didnt want,,, will only refund 1 third,,, $#*!s,
So this site allows you to upload a resume to fill in spots I did that and none of my information loaded. Contact support through their chat feature and got tole to use word pad or 2013 word. They said thanks for using our site and dont give up a job is out there.
I accidentally forgot to cancel my membership and so I got charged a months amount without knowing, but once I explained to the support team the accident they were very understanding. They were able to walk me through the whole thing and offer me a refund. Thank you so much ResumeHelp!
The worst customer service I've ever experienced. Was practically called a liar or the implication of my being stupid. Then had the phone hung up on me.
Shame on you Roberto (customer support)
Expect an official complaint coming your way.
However I phoned back and the second person I spoke to (Damion) was very helpful and assisted me with the origonal problem however making a complaints speaking to a manager seems to be impossible.
Will never use their service again
Great site. I hardly have to do any typing myself. I just clicked on phrases and sentences I wanted to enter and they popped up on my resume. I used to be intimidated by doing a resume. Now I finally did a professional resume and it looks great and got me a job in less than two weeks.
I signed up for a one time use of a resume template which cost under $5. A few weeks later, $35.00 was charged to my account without my knowledge for a monthly subcription authorization. I only received 50% of the refund. Not good enough!
I wasted my time and effort in creating resumes that were perfect for them to loose them i paid for nothing its not the stupid 3.00 i should have thought about it for that price and the saying is true you get what you pay for. Then they tell me i should be on a laptop. I use my ipad for all my computer needs i guess this company is not up on technology that i must use a computer not an ipad or iphone so DO NOT USE i wish i read the reviews before i wasted my time
Overall, I was happy with the ease of use of the website as well as the variety of templates. Unfortunately, when printed, they turned out very poor. The titles in "bold" printed out the same font as the rest of the resume. I tried multiple templates and had the same issue. I was embarrassed to submit the resume, so I ended up creating my own which consumed even more time. The $24.90 a month subscription all of a sudden dropped to $4.95 when I attempted to cancel. Why try to gouge a new customer upfront for $25 and then try to make up for it with a lower price when they decide to cancel? Just charge the $4.95 to begin with. As a result, I will not use, or recommend this service.
This website promotes it as if you will get charged $3 a month then they charge you $28 a month.
Obvious scam. Do not fall for it.
My bank was kind enough to accept my dispute. The bank also called it a scam. Told me to be careful.
File a dispute. If you think it's too late, dont worry. You will win the dispute case and get your money back.
But if you have not subscribed yet, DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR SCAM!
And, you are welcome.
I spoke with customer service rep, Edgar. He was very courteous and understanding of my personal situation. I called to cancel my account, and he did his very best to keep me as a customer with continued service. Unfortunately, due to my financial situation I still needed to cancel my subscription. His etiquette and phone skills were commendable.
It is not really free and they will charge you a recurring fee of $25 a month. So for my one resume outline, it ended up costing me almost $30. There are other free templates online that aren't enrolling you into a monthly fee for something you use one for an hour.
Benajmin was the cust. Serivce rep who assisted me & took care of my billing issue right away with nothing but professionalism. Easy to use website & perfect for my needs. Will definitely use again in the future!
From start to finish, Resume Help was an excellent choice to update and create my resume. Any question was easily answered and Dan Hernandez was prompt and efficient in helping me when needed. Thank you!
Answer: Then don't, because they will charge you $24.90 even if you cancel your subscription immediately after printing your resume.
Answer: They will give the absolute run around. I had them tell me they had no re it's of me being a customer, even with my account details. I ended up going trough the Better Business Bureau. BBB managed to recover 65% of the money stolen from my account. The resume help swindlers refused to refund everything they had stolen. That's how they make their money after all.
Answer: I just cancelled my 14 day subscription now. So after reading all these reviews I think I will stay on the safe side too and cut this credit card in half before this month is up, just to be on the safe side
Answer: You have to use the chat function on the website and request that an agent assist you with the request
Answer: How would I know. I would suggest you contact them thru their customer service email address.
