No only does this smart looking programme fail to carry out a large proportion of what it says it will do, but it also deletes itself after running several time. It can then be reinstalled but is just as ineffective.
After an initial promise of being to fix my computer's operating system issues for a one time, $27 fee, I was told there were too many issues with the software for it to be fixed without subscribing to a major plan of either $200, $300, or $400 annually. I said needed to think about that and said to email me a quote. The rep proceeded to use very high pressure sales techniques guaranteeing a repair if I purchased a plan and repeating there was no other way to fix things. I directly ask them to stop and told them again to send me an email to think about. They tried 2 more times, even after I said that high pressure sales techniques were always suspect and the worst way to get my business. Then they asked if I would buy it that day or very soon with a discount! My advice? Stay away! It turned out I just had some loose cables!

Unfortunately after having my laptop fixed by a technician and having spent a lot of money for that (I have also purchased McAfee), it's got still problems and doesn't work properly. It's still very slow.
In addition, I have renewed my licence for another year and I keep receiving pop up messages from Restoro saying that "my licence is expiring and I need to buy a new one".
Last but not least I did not like that after fixing the laptop you're forced to write a review straight away, which is not fair because you can't possibly know whether the laptop is going to work properly or not until you start using it.

Restoro responded to my query through their website. Spent well over hour fixing/restoring email and computer, in general, to working order. Technician was a good communicator, patient with my questions, and it would appear quite knowledgeable. Email problems - with MS Outlook -- have not reoccurred since the January repair. Signed up for a 3-year service contract, very expensiveat $499, almost as much as the desktop itself..

Throught my conversations with the person i spoke with at first let me to believe that the cleanup would cure my slow charging battery issue. We it didn't work at all. I found the service very good, but beware the initial cost is reasonable, and you expect an electronic software package os solve the problem instead you get a very knowledgeable person phones you up to discuss your problems. He scans your computer remotely and finds lots of potential problems and spy ware. Obviously worried I was going to lose use of my lap top, I agreed for them to run a full diagnostic, but at a cost that would similar to high st. Ouch too expensive

This is true, I had this same Experience. They make it sound very convincing that you must spend a great deal of money to get these issues fixed when a simple clean install of the latest version of windows 10 will do the trick without costing a dime. I will let my subscription run out and not renew the subscription. I use the computer manufacture recommended services instead.

The type of software they sell that cleans up Windows can be found for free on such as File Hippo. They point out from the start that their software doesn't cover third party applications. However they then go on scan for these issues, then try to scare you with all the problems they find before saying "don't worry we have an expert who can fix all this" Then they quote a minimum of £299.99 + VAT. A pretty slick sales pitch but I saw it coming and steadfastly refused to buy their offer much to the increasing annoyance of the saleswoman who was obviously trained to deal with any objections and who kept upping the ante with increasingly hysterical scare tactics. They got me for the Windows "clean-up" but I have already cancelled the repeat subscription and won't ever be renewing. Be warned, I worked in sales and they are pretty good but I made it clear I could see through the pitch. Take my advice and avoid like the plague!

I saw after two hours that this program was not for me but getting a refund can be quite a headache. Restoro provides a lot of information about your computer that is already available on Windows. I don't like the interface as it starts a long scan as soon as you open the program with little to no control from you. The interface cannot scan your USB drives for problems or why Windows cannot restore to a previous point due to a missing file. They show you long lists of supposed problems to impress you and hook you. Good security software like Norton do a better job with more controls and at a lower cost. I can only send my Paypal receipt because the original email with my purchase info has disappeared from my computer the first day. I usually keep those and it is not in my deleted emails.

This is a scam. They pay sites to click bait typical computer problems and those scum sites will advertise this POS software. It does nothing to fix your computer it simply pretends to scan and basically they take your money and you think you are getting a good deal.
Always beware of programs that claim they will fix problems on your PC. Do not pay your hard earned cash on rubbish like this. These guys can't even speak english properly so that should tell you something. 1 step away from Indian scammer call centers.

Used and it worked a little, but nowhere near what they advertise. A year later, they charge you again even though I emailed them to cancel the subscription prior to the charge. Never knew I was signing up for renewals. Scam company. Charges will be disputed.

So I used the basic one use and it fixed some things while didn't fix others and was fine, but the pop ups are extremely annoying every time something happens a pop up occurs and even if you click don't show again it comes back. I deleted the app while keeping the changes it made, and the second it deleted by computer black screened and now it's running extremely slow. Application does more than what it says and it's completely screwed my computer

I'm not able to get Restoro to fix anything, because it insists on doing a "caps lock" when I try to enter my product key which doesn't have any capital letters thus I keep getting rejected. The scan part seemed to be pointing out lots of issues that my McAfee doesn't see. It won't fix anything, and I haven't been able to get by this issue.
So they took my money, but are apparently deaf 'cause there isn't a phone number to talk to a real person and the robot like list of choices doesn't include REAL_PERSON as an option.

I have a Windows 10 blue error message. Restoro claimed they would help me fix this issue.
Still not fixed after their scan. Waste of time. I demanded a refund whilst on the line as I sensed it was a scam. Refund was refused.
Technician on the call tried to sell me more software £149.00 worth initially to help fix all of the other apparent issues.
Don't waste your time or money with them.
I managed to get rid of my blue error message by completing a system restore without their help and removing their software as a consequence.
I'll be getting a refund through my payment provider.

Restoro will only show you guys which the problem, even if you press start repair it will don't do anything, and some will call you to activate your account and tell you that you have lots of problem in your laptop or pc which needs to be fix manually, they will access your laptop by team viewer or other similar app, and Insist you to buy $499 pancake for 1 year, if you denied that then they will give you other offers.
But App is the garbage, since yesterday I was able to use my laptop, and this morning it's not even start up, only showing blank screen.
Please please do not wear your money, rather buy some antivirus which is known.

I fell for it about a year ago when my computer was crawling. Free turned into $40, which then turned into them wanting $200. I trust my pc repair guy, so when he didn't find any corrupted files like Restoro did, I know they were full of it. They just called wanting to access my computer, saying they were going to charge me $300 if I didn't allow them to access and remove software. Even though I got email confirmation of cancelling with them 10 months ago.
