I have been calling them and leaving messages for 3 weeks. I paid a lot of money for a 3 year plan. They will not answer my calls. I may have to pay another company to provide the problem solutions I need now. These guys are total rip off artists from some foreign company. Buy their contract and you have become their new sucker.
