The software does not work. My computer is still slow and the software hangs-up and the final screen and I have to force quit the application. Went to website to get refund and filled out the refund page and never got a response back. Then I reached out to Paddle when they do the billing through and was told they would reach out to Restoro so they would reach out to me. That didn't happen so I emailed Paddle again and they said they couldn't refund me and gave me a link to Restoro to speak to someone via chat. I was told over 60 days so no refund. I asked for them to cancel my subscription and give me a prorated refund which I think is fair for a reputable software company. They refused so I just told them to cancel my subscription and Manuelyn P. (person I chatted with) said she would cancel the auto-renewel. I asked her to send me an email confirming auto-renewal had been canceled. She then sent me this, "To help you, we have now forwarded to our Customer Service Team the cancellation of the auto-renewal option on your subscription today. This means you will not be automatically charged once your subscription expires. You will receive an email with more information from our Customer Service Team within 24 - 48 hours." If I don't get an email from them confirming I'll update post. I have a feeling I'm going to get billed again. I would avoid doing business with this company. In fact rule of thumb is if they don't have a phone # to contact someone via a phone call, don't do business with them.
Oh yeah, they fixed my computer at one time but when it came time to renew my subscription, a restoro rep called me and wanted to look at my computer. He said it needed more work and proceeded to get me to send more money. It was right after Christmas and I didn't have the money to pay him. He got really irritated and said he would remove the program. Instead, he hack my computer to where it will not even boot up. Many files are missing. I have tried to contact Restoro about the problem and I get no response from them. DO NOT let these thieves get control of your computer! There are many legitimate programs out there that can clean your computer. Restoro is not one of them.

I was planning to renew it, but my Hitman software tagged it as malware so I thought some of their files were corrupted. I clicked Ok to quaranteen, then tried to use it and it was gone. Tried to go to website but my pc is blocking access and I can't figure it out. No support from Restoro and the instructions on the internet on how to unblock such a thing don't work. I am relatively tech savvy. Too much time. Just gonna let it go, I guess. Such a shame.

Yesterday I received a PayPal invoice for $349 that I didn't recognize. (Anyone can create an invoice from PayPal it turns out.) I found the charge from Restoro on my PayPal account and called the number listed. Instead of removing the charge, they insisted on gaining access to MY computer to remove it. Stupid me went along with this, hearing, "Listen to me" over and over as I went through the same steps repeatedly without achieving their desired effect. (Definition of stupidity! I only reveal my foolishness to help someone else who finds themselves in the same situation.) Thankfully, the computer safeguards wouldn't allow them access. I ended up with a fake Microsoft popup and audio announcement warning that my computer was in danger. That was my exit although I think it was meant to be another excuse for Restoro to "restore" my computer. Oh, and if I was over 60, there would be a 50% service charge! No thank you!
Just flag that PayPal invoice as suspicious and don't waste your time or money on people whose purpose is to deceive and steal from you.

I downloaded this program and it did nothing to help my computer issue. When I deleted the program my anti-virus program detected the Restoro tried to put a Trojin virus in my computer. Not a safe program.

I paid for this service, agreed to have my pc taken over by an agent. He clearly didn't check which operating system I was using and started to do a fix for a Windows 10, when I was using Windows 7, and left my PC in a state of disrepair! My original issue was never resolved and my PC was left worse off than before, with my search bar being completely disabled to this day! My backup facility also disabled and my PC is now totally out of use! How can this be allowed? You are a disgrace Restoro, I have wasted my money, but worse than that, my trusty PC now doesn't work and I have to run my business form a different device! I'm extremely unhappy with this, then you have the audacity to contact me to say that you will be taking more money from me if I don't unsubscribe! I wish I could demand my money back and my PC returned to it's former state! VERY UNHAPPY. Please offer me some help to put it right!

I'm not able to get Restoro to fix anything, because it insists on doing a "caps lock" when I try to enter my product key which doesn't have any capital letters thus I keep getting rejected. The scan part seemed to be pointing out lots of issues that my McAfee doesn't see. It won't fix anything, and I haven't been able to get by this issue.
So they took my money, but are apparently deaf 'cause there isn't a phone number to talk to a real person and the robot like list of choices doesn't include REAL_PERSON as an option.

I was notified by email that my subscription to Restoro had been renewed. I did not ever subscribe to Restoro. Called company and was assured of a refund ($27.95). It remains to be seen whether I will receive the refund and whether I will see similar charges in the future.

After your licence expires, Restoro will annoy you with incessant popups for update purchasess and crashed programs.
If you purchase an upgrage license, there is no way to install it into the Restoro program and no way to stop the endles popups.
When Restoro is run, it claims to do a lot, but doesn't tell you what it did. You can hope that the changes wee good and needed.
I've had six worthless popups while writing this review. I have upgrade licenses that I haven't been able to install.

Avoid this app. I was desperate to fix a problem on my computer that actually should be fixed by Microsoft so after a few sites and videos on YouTube I've decided to try Restoro even if I don't totally trust these kind apps that finds problems on your computer and promise to fix for a price.
Didn't fix anything and even added a new one: ransom:win64/magniber.ad!mtb
I think I was fast enough to find it, kill it, uninstall and asked for a return (that I think I will never get).

Restoro completely destroyed my operating system making it necessary to run a virus program and dedicated uninstaller to remove Restoro completely and then do a refresh install of windows 11 to repair the corruption caused by Restoro. The program was initially installed just to clean up any duplicate or damaged files but ended up completely destroying the operating system. This program is not safe...
