Has anyone noticed how Restoro will respond when someone actually tells the truth about their useless app and Fraudulent company?
They come on and use a sales pitch about the unique service they provide. Let me tell you all, there is nothing new nor unique about scammers & fraudulent companies! Ancient! I think the public agrees with me that being scammed is useless plus harmful! Microsoft even indicates it is unnecessary app and other victims have posted on that community! When one has Microsoft OS, Restoro is unnecessary. It can actually ruin one's computer by deleting information from the Registry! Restoro app never repairs, never removes any viruses nor any malware! (If it did, why would one ever need a Repair by a Restoro tech? That service too is a scam)! One is better off to have McAfee which does protect one's identity, which does scan the computer to ensure it is free of malware! Or take your computer to a reputable computer repairshop! But Restoro? Having it on one's computer for a yearly subscription? One is paying good money for NOTHING! There is no support by this company. If you call, you'll just get an earful of what they think you need, and how much it will cost. Will you pay now? That's what Restoro does! It asks for your money, pretending to be this great savior for your computer. No one needs it! If you want to verify this, call them and just listen to what they have to say. But! Do not be suckered in! They are liars!
The staff at Restoro know what to post to appear gracious & helpful; but, they are unwilling to actually provide a service and to actually refund one's money back when the consumer discovers this is a scam! Does the public agree when an item is uninstalled & cancelled there should be a refund? Well, Restoro does not honor their money back guarantee! They just give excuses and when one calls them, the staff is incapable! Unhelpful. So offering the scammed consumer to chat and or call them isn't sufficient! That has already been done with zero positive results for the consumer! And that is why I am here to warn the public. I want everyone to avoid what I experienced. A no good one and I lost my good money to thieves.

I have used their service for a year (Restoro) (paid in advance on 3/29/2021). The product was supposed to work for a full year so until 3/29/2022 Before my date that my service was supposed to end their product stopped working. I reached out to their customer service and instead of fixing the service that I had already Paid for, they wanted me to renew their service prematurely and add additional things that totaled almost $300. I told them I would not renew the service because it wasn't the correct time. Their customer service person would not take no for an answer. I told her I was very upset with her haggling me to buy the product again. I wasn't satisfied with their customer service as it was very aggressive and Unprofessional. After telling them to Cancel my subscription a few days later I was still charged for another whole year! I told not one but two of their customer service people that I did not want to renew! The second one said that I would be issued a refund but to wait two to three days. REFUND NEVER CAME. I went through paypal and I don't know what lies they told but I maxed out on the appeal process to get a refund and Paypal sided with them (even after they finally canceled my subscription. (they also told paypal that I never reached out to them and they had no documentation of any call between us! In addition my friend who worked for IBM and IT for other places such as hospitals told me to delete restoro off my computer immediately! After sifting through their paid testimonials I found the truth about them on sitejabber. THey are a scam company that used false positives and will mess up your computer if you try to delete their service! STAYYYYY AWAY!
