It's a scam! The license key does not activate and when you ring the support line it asks you to leave a message. Beware!
I purchased RESTORO for $120.oo, although their website only charges $82.00. This was for a new computer. Then almost a year later, after I purchased their program, I get this nasty text on my phone stated if I do not contact them, I will be charged $249.99 for an "auto-renewal," more than double the previous charge, of which I declined when I first purchased the program. The 'subscription' was supposed to be still valid for another year or so, and I sent them this email of theirs, and they responded they had no clue what I was inquiring about, but they continued wanting more money immediately long before the subscription was ever up. I sent them their own email receipt as proof that the subscription was valid and had not expired.
There is NO customer service, - except when they want money! That will be the only human interaction you will ever receive. The phone numbers listed on their website are automated, but NO human interaction. After a long hold, you will be hung up upon, if answered. The phone numbers that are listed on their email, which is different than what is posted on their website, is readily answered by humans wanting more money!
Their text reads as follows:
"Dear customer,
Thank you for being a part of our computer software company with RESTORO SUPPORT.
This call is regarding for your computer subscription which got expired and it will be auto renew for $ 249.99.
If you wish to cancel the subscription kindly contact within one working day on *******732 / +1 *******506.
Once you get charge of the amount after that it will not possible to refund that amount.

Their phone numbers are totally useless. No one answers them, and only one number actually picks up. If you get through on only one of the numbers, the automated machine answering will leave you on hold for a lengthy time, then hang up on you. It's the ole, "Don't call us, we'll call you,... when we want more money!"
I would not recommend this RESTORO or its program.
Downloaded and used on laptop but it made no difference at all. Said it repaired everything but windows still has a fault. Still looking for a fix.

Installed program. At the point where the system boots up at the end of install the laptop goes to a blank screen. Can't even go to safe mode.

Make sure that “Don’t scan my computer after installation is complete” is unchecked.
Select Language (optional)
Click Install then Restoro will automatically scan the computer
Once the initial scan is completed, click on the key icon, next to the Restoro logo, and enter the license key (case sensitive)
Click OK to activate and Restoro will automatically start the Repair
