I booked a reservation on Dec 27,2022 at 3 pm at the Hilton Garden Inn NE in Columbia, SC. I tried to cancel our reservation 23 hours later due to one of our party having COVID 19. I was unable to get a customer service agent by phone. I emailed to request the refund and was told that they were sorry about us having to cancel due to sickness but we would not be getting a refund due to their policy. I tried to call and email them again and received an email back stating that my ticket had been closed. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and have disputed this transaction with my bank. I thought that I was booking directly with Hilton Garden Inn NE in Columbia, SC but found out when I called to cancel my reservation that I had booked through a 3rd party. I see no address on the reservationstays.com website either. I will be sure to never book with this website again.

Never use these crooks. These are crooks with some intelligent way of diverting official hotel booking sites to their system. I accidentally booked through their website, thinking that I was putting my credit card details on City Lodge system. Only to be surprised to receive a dubious confirmation from reservation stays. This was really a nightmare, I spent over two hours at the reception waiting for the Hotel to acknowledge the booking. Thank God, it finally did. To prove these are dubious people, they could not offer me a receipt and this was very unfortunate for me since this was a business trip, and need my company to reimburse me. The moment you try to demand responses, their customer services bastards close the ticket on you. Do not use these crooks, you risk losing your money. I have since changed my credit cards because of these people, I am sure they are harvesting people's credit card details. All their customer service people have dubious ghost names. I am glad that it was only for one night. Please check twice before you put your credit card details on any hotel website.

We had last minute changes in our reservation and wanted to modify our room situation as we were adding another family member, needed another bed. They sent me a generic auto response of how I should have read the confirmation as changes are not acceptable. NOT only did they lose out on money for me upgrading, but they lost me as a costumer and my family to use this dumb 3rd party. NEVER book through a third party, it's just a joke and gimmick. They literally rape you in fees, no support or good costumer service. My mistake and won't happen again.

I did a Google search for Hyatt Hotels & this site came up 1st. I thought it was the official Hyatt site. But no…so when I tried to cancel my reservation I couldn't get my money back. Basically NO Refund ever for no reason!

This was first site that came up when searching hotel name. Not the actual hotel front desk but pretended to be. Charged
Me double the normal group rate. Lied about group rate. No way to adjust rate at hotel since prepaid with credit card
Cancellation cost one night higher rate plus and additional fee. Cheaper to keep reservation than cancel and rebook. RIDICULOUS! DO NOT USE THSE PEOPLE!

Booked a reservation with them for 5 nights but only stayed for 4 nights due to work relocation. When I talked to the hotel, they said that the money for the 4 nights would be refunded to Reservation Stays, and we would need to get our refund from them. Reservation Stays refuses to refund the money. When I told them the hotel said they were refunding the money, they said that we would not get a refund. So they are keeping the money. They are crooks, so run to a more reputable company.

The phone listed on the website simply redirects you back to the website. Can't speak with a live agent for changes and reservations. The website doesn't allow for changes either. Sent email and was still unable to talk to a person. Clearly a scam. All the reviews here point to that. The link is purposely deceiving.

When I called to make the reservation, I specifically asked for a hotel with shuttle... I then told the attendant that my flight was coming in after midnight... When I got to the airport and called the hotel for the shuttle, I was informed that the shuttle doesn't run after 12 midnight... I was left stranded at the airport both my four year old... These people are uniformed and only want to take your money. Never again! So, before you spend your money with them which is non-refundable... Call the hotel to verify that the information the reservation people give you is all factual!

I booked with them and their policy says free cancellation to a certain date. I cancelled by that date but they didn't honor what they said. The phone number they provides it is not a real phone number. They charged my debit card anyway. When I contact the hotel, the manager gave me another name for the booking company. It looked reservation stays is a third party and it is false what they promise.

I was in a hurry to book and thought I was on the actual hotel website. I found later that not only was it not the correct sight but I was being charged 50% more than the rack rate for the room. When I discovered this I tried to cancel, since I paid for a reservation that was able to be flexible. With their fees it was not really flexible since we would receive less than half of our prepaid reservation back.

I made a booking but made a mistake in choosing hotel location. When I contacted them they said it's no refundable that I understand but 100% non refundable I don't understand. There was not nothing about 100% non refundable mention of the policy when I was going through the booking and when I contacted customer service for assistance they closed my ticket without even hearing out. I feel like I've been robbed. Please do not book through them at any cost apparently a cheaper cost for luring people in and trapping them.

BEWARE! This company does not stand behind their promises. I cancelled reservations and received confirmation email but never got the $261 refunded on my VISA. After two calls to support I find I was scammed. The support people tell you to call the bank. The bank has no record of anything from Reservation Stays. Reservation Stays closes your ticket and I have no way to get my money refund. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY FOR RESERVATIONS OF ANY KIND

Page location put them immediately below my preferred hotel so, in a rush I dialed them thinking I was calling my hotel's 800 number—my mistake. After stumbling through an awkward conversation with an agent who barely knew his job, I was needlessly booked in an ADA room. Good thing I called my hotel directly to fix that but I missed out on club points because I used these idiots.

This company is a SCAM. Stay away. I made a reservation to the wrong date and never got a confirmation email, so didn't have anyone to contact to correct my mistake. I didn't even use the hotel and they still kept my money. They stole my money.

I got the wrong hotel! I accidentally booked the neighboring hotel, my family was a the next one. The hotel said I can cancel, she called said it was set. I booked the next one, I was fine, right. No the "wrong" hotel kept my money even tho I didn't stay. Yeah I talked to customer service same as reviews say. They keep your money and just apologize and say good bye. Woah! $134 for nothing. So sad, I'm sorry for your loss, they won tho. It's never happened that I couldn't get ANYTHING for $134 dollars.

The website will automatically book reservation once payment is added without your consent the the will actually call you later with an error booking stating the are trying to reach hotel to fix what you requested. Never ever use this website!

Do not book through these frauds. You are better off booking directly with the hotel chain you want to stay with. They offer zero flexibility for refunds. I called the hotel and unfortunately they said because we booked through this partner they didn't have the flexibility had a booked directly.

I made my reservation then I read the reviews which made me worry a lot thinking that it's a scam. So I promised to make this review if everything goes well. And it did! The whole process went through very smoothly

Hice el pago con Paypal, pero de todos modos me cobraron y NO TUVE HOTEL.

FRAUDE!

They cancelled my room and would not give my $ back. The hotel was fully booked and 4 hours from my house. DO NOT USE THEM.
