My experience here is terrible, the worst I have encountered over my many years of travelling. I made the reservation on the 4th to stay at WYNDHAM PANAMA ALBROOK MALL HOTEL AND CONVENTION CENTRE from the 9th to 18th of August. Due to unforeseen reasons (cancellation of a client in Panama), I will not be travelling to Panama on the 9th. Being aware of this on the evening of the 7th August 2023 I have made several attempts via email and telephone calls to cancel my reservation from 2200hrs to 1100hrs Tuesday 08th August 2023. Until now I have not received one ounce of $#*!ing assistance. No response from y emails and I have been listening to the operator for 90mins and 120mins segments and not getting any $#*!ing were with assistance. I would never use revelation stay again nor would I advise anyone to use them either. With reference to the refund policy it $#*!ing contradicts I booked the hotel on the 4th and it says I have until 6th August to be fully refunded additionally it also says that if I cancel my reservation by Tuesday 8th midnight Panama time I will be fully refunded. Reservation Stay yall $#*!ed up and very unprofessional. I need all of my $#*!ing money back

I was booking a hotel for myself and my boss for a work trip. Our other director told me the name of the hotel we were booking and showed me a quick glimpse of the photos of the hotel. I googled the hotel and the website that came up appeared to be the hotel. I proceeded to book my boss' room first for dates July - August 2023 and she forwarded me the confirmation. I went back to the home page and started the process to book my room, which was only for one night within the date range I had just booked for my boss. After filling in the dates, choosing the room, and filling in my Name/Address/Email/Phone, the payment box showed my boss' credit card had saved (I did not authorize it to save). I toggled to the Add new card and added my credit card. When I hit save, I got a strange error page and assumed the booking did not go through because I did not get a confirmation. The next day, I realized I would need to place my boss' reservation on a different credit card per our company policy, so I called the number on her reservation which is when I realized I had not booked with the hotel directly as they could not just update the card. I was instructed to cancel and rebook which I did. Upon telling my boss that I had to do this and requesting her to forward the confirmation, she discovered that she had another confirmation from the day before. Apparently, reservation stays system glitched and did in fact book the room I had been attempting to book for myself in August - but actually changed the reservation to being under her and for the night before. While I completely understand that there is a cancellation policy of 24 hours, this was clearly a system glitch as I made this booking at 2:40 central immediately after booking another stay under the same name for a month later. When I reached out to the company and explained what happened, I was met with a representative who had about 5 standard lines to address the problem and upon requesting a supervisor was told I would receive a call back. I provided my phone number and waited and instead my boss received an email with their response. I contacted the hotel and they provided me with contact information to pass along to reservation stays, but unfortunately there is nothing they can do and they do not authorize these companies to book on their behalf so they are just as frustrated at situations like this. I am not including the name of the hotel as they were kind and tried to help.
We made our reservation through Reservation Stays ( RS)for a trip to Aulani, HI on Nov. 16, 2021.We got our hotel confirmation to stay at Aulani hotel on March 23, 2022.We thought everything was set. One week before our departure, simply for secure reason, we called up Aulani hotel to make sure we had the reservation, it was a shock to find out that Aulani did not have our names on their list. We immediately contacted RS to find out what was going on. We got the email and phone reply from RS that it is a common practice that hotel processing third party reservation 1 or 2 days before the confirmed date of reservation. Since then, we contacted Aulani and RS at least 2 times a day to find out where we stood with our reservation. Aulani said no confirmation with our stay and RS always told us not to worry, they guaranteed 100% we could stay at Aulani. On the day of our departure for Hawaii, we kept contact with RS, they said their Urgent team was working on it. We are just a fool to belief in them. When we arrived at Aulani hotel, the reality set in, we did not have a reservation as promised by RS, they had charged us on Nov. 17,2021! With the great help from the staff at Aulani, we settled down in a room that was $200/day more than the one we reserved with RS. We hope travelers should be very careful with the third party deals.RS should close their dishonest business.
