Mine is like all the others. Booked a room under duress, paid in advance. The first hotel connected me to them. Got there, no room at the Inn. Found another hotel and went there. The first two return calls apologizing were very convincing but empty. I sent in the invoice from the second hotel as they asked. On receipt, they cannot open the attachment, which is a pdf. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company to get my money back. Stay away from them!

Reservation Stays agent charged me close to $250.00 to stay at the Marriott Courtyard over the phone in a non-refundable exchange. Then provided me with the phone number to the 1/2 completed under construction Sonesta Inn. Boo all around. Called for a refund- was caller 101 in line. Sent multiple emails and while speaking with the reps, none of them will take accountability. I will never use Reservation Stays again. Thank you.

My wife made a reservation for me thinking she was dealing directly with Marriott. Unfortunately this site paid Google to be at the top of my wife's search. Had to leave 2 days early. Provided customer support with requested letter from Marriott authorizing refund. No refund issued and when I called multiple times was told their representative had to talk with their "travel partner". They are liars. Will be seeking legal redress. Stay far, far away. Be careful when you search to be sure you are selecting the hotel, car rental or airline sites directly not charlatans like these.

I booked a room for Jackson TN. I went to the hotel and was informed that I had no reservations there. I looked at my reservations and it was modified for Jackson MS which was 280 miles away. I called to inform them of the mix up and asked if they would change my reservations back to the hotel I reserved. I took screenshots and told them that it was modified through them. They didn't help at all and got irritated when I ask to speak to a supervisor. They hung up. Luckily I was able to stop the payment from going through because it was still pending. I was able to get the correct hotel room at a lower price. This company is a complete rip off. They say you can't make modifications or get a refund, but they modify your reservations without informing you.

One was not cancelled. I was told that a policy stating that the tickets were non-refundable was on the confirmation I received. I searched all over the page and cannot find that statement. I have indicated that to them and sent them a copy of my confirmation. I have emailed them several times and get the same response. I called the hotel and was told that the four reservations were cancelled, but the other one was booked by Agoda (Priceline). This makes no sense, as I booked all 5 rooms the date and time. I have also contacted Agoda. I have not received a response yet. Please do not book with either of these companies. They are scammers. I am contacting FTC (Federal Trade Commission) and the Business Bureau. Do not make my mistake Check reviews before booking with any company. Be aware of scams They are out there.

Fair Is Fair and out of fairness I will update my experience with Reservation Stays. After an excruciatingly long battle of Herculean effort. Reservation Stays finally caved and refunded my money. It was an epic battle of wills that required numerous emails to a multitude of corporate managers, 3rd party providers hotel managers and customer service reps of Reservation Stays. For me it became a matter of principle. I am retired and had the time to work through their corporate maze of mirrors. It became a matter of principle. So the bottom line is after an immense amount of time and energy they granted me a refund. For that I give them. 1 star. They are not heroes for doing something ethical.
Beware, Run, Danger! Worst online booking experience ever. If you ever have a problem they have a clever customer service loop that spins you in infinity and they never takes your call. They are good at taking your money ASAP, but when it comes to resolving any problem they ghost you. Check out their rating, it is pathetic.
On the website they stated they had a King Classic room.As soon as I booked it, it then popped up that it was King Accessible instead. I called back right away -I told them it was false advertising and I didn't want that type of room.I either wanted a King Classic that I paid for or a refund-they said that had no King Classic and they wouldn't give me a refund! Booked 4 nights, had to leave one day early. They sent me request for hotel chain to provide info on stay to get refund/credit. Hotel chain said all info requested about funds they collected from me and funds they paid hotel was already in Reservation Stays' files.
