This company is a total scam! I reserved a room over the phone and the agent said $286 but they actually charged double on my card. When they send me the confirmation email the cost of the room was not included and there was no evidence to dispute the cost with your bank! During the whole conversation the agent refer to himself as Hilton group agent, but he wasn't part of the Hilton group at all. They never mentioned anything about no cancellation/changes policy. When I called them to fix the mistake the manager said "We won't do anything to fix it, all transactions are final. Do whatever you want nothing will change" They were well aware that the dispute with the bank wouldn't procede because the receipt didn't include any cost amount and that's the reason they do not include it!

This is a fake website. They charged B of A Mastercard under Comfort Inn & Suites name and with a phone number *******737. No reservation at hotel. Hotel does not know them. Says they may be a third party booking company. They are a complete scam and credit card fraudster. Contacted hotel directly to discuss our reservation. They have no reservation. Again contacted supposed "Reservation Stays" at *******328. They gave run around, fake dates and fake promises. They then hang up. STAY AWAY if you value your hard earned money and credit.
I have never been so stressed/Levid with any company. How are these companies allowed to run and steal and deceive people? I was given a price for suite. Got charged lots more on my credit card. And given a room with two beds…. The kicker. It's none fundable. And my credit card company is saying it's not fraud because you gave them your card information… curse on the way.

I requested two rooms. I received only one reservation which was overpriced. I requested a cancellation. However, I was charged twice and only received one credit. Trying to get an issue resolved both over the phone and by email is impossible. You receive. Generic responses. I now have to dispute the transaction thru my credit card provider.
This company made it appear that they were a part of Disney resort and we booked a hotel room and started to try to get tickets when we realized that it was not the real Disney resort. We canceled the reservation within 20 minutes of making it and the company said they would issue us a refund. THEY never issued a refund they are impossible to get on the phone. They fight with my credit card and the dispute and I'm still fighting as I refuse to let this company rip me off. They clearly said they would refund the money and never did. When the customer service is horrible when they know you're calling about a refund they just hang up the phone on you. Avoid clicking their website at all costs!
They are not transparent with what the resorts fee are. By surprise I got to pay an additional $136 of resorts fees. The process tricks you making you believe that " total taxes and fees" are covering it all.

Made several reservations through Reservation Stays late at night. After completing the 3rd reservation and upon receiving the confirmation, I realized the check in date was for June and not July.
I had to cancel payment with my bank because Reservation Stays refused to refund or change the check in date. They stated this was due to their non- refund policy.
Would have made a date change with Reservation Stays but they didn't respond to my request until 9 hours later! After explaining the typo error, they refused the refund and didn't offer to correct the check in dates.
This company is unreasonable and non flexible. Please check your check in dates carefully before booking with them or paying them any money. They will rob you even if a typo error is made. I will never use them to book lodging again.
This company is a total bottom feeder and will just take your money regardless of what happens. You book for 4 nights but only stay 2 nights because of an emergency? They don't care! Neither does your credit card company who will not charge it back. I am cancelling my Discover card over this. They use a virtual credit card so even the hotel can't give you a refund. I was very surprised at check-out when I was told I would need to work with the 3rd party booking company for a refund. I am so glad I declined the Friday night stay or I would have lost another $250! Be careful when you call a phone number from using google searches! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! This booking company has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. The customer service agent whose name was Glenda sounded like she was reading out of a policy and procedures manual for our entire call. Instead of working with me to problem solve related to an honest mistake (booking the wrong dates - I called customer service immediately after the booking) she kept repeatedly (and talking over me) telling me that she was following "policy and procedures"... when I asked to speak to her manager she told me that they were not available, nor would she leave a message to have her manager call me back. I had to call the hotel directly who then very kindly contacted this booking company in order for me to cancel my reservation.

I called to make a reservation the Agent was all over the place which should have been a clue. She then made my reservation, not for the day I requested but the day that I called. I noticed it while she was on the line and asked her to correct it. I realized later that instead of adjusting the reservation she then made a separate reservation for a much higher number than quoted. She transferred me to customer service which was closed. I then called back to have it changed and they said that the reservation had no cancellations or modifications. I asked to speak with a manager and the rep said that there is no reason to speak with a manager because they will tell you the same thing. They are ridiculous. Never book with them.

I made a reservation and paid for it on 2/6/22. When i arrived at the hotel on 5/18/22 i was told that my reservation had been canceled on 2/16/22 via email by HotelBeds.com. When I returned home on 5/22/22 sent Reservationstays requesting a refund. I also called and spoke to a person whose English was hard to understand. I received an email from Reservationstays stating they would investigate. Shortly after that I received an email from SnapTravel saying they would check in to my complaint. A follow up email form SnapTravel said they would talk to the hotel manger to confirm my complaint. Late afternoon 5/23/22 I received an email saying my money would be refunded. I was never given an explanation on how this happened or what the relationship between Reservationstays/HotelBeds and SnapTravel is. In addition the price I had to pay the hotel on 5/18 was over $220 more than the price I paid on 2/6. I would not use this site again!
I used Google to search the name of the hotel. It appeared that I was on the hotel site and I selected BOOK NOW! Next thing I know, I have a room reserved and the confirmation reads NON REFUNDABLE. I do not understand how I was connected to Reservation Stays. Six weeks before the stay, my daughter suffered an injury that would not allow us to travel. The representative reads from her script that it is non-refundable. I explained that I never contacted or searched this site to make my initial reservation. TOTAL SCAM! They manipulate the sites to charge you for reservations. A supervisor was NOT available to talk to me... big surprise. They are thieves! I asked if I was cancelling my reservation due to a family medical issue more than a month in advance: What happens to my money? Where does it go? DO NOT USE RESERVATION STAYS! Be careful when you are making an online reservation. There should be a Class Action Case against them. This service manipulates, steals, and does NOT care about customers. Hotels should not partner with these companies. Google should monitor these manipulations of people through their sites. AWFUL! THIEVES! I cannot even rate them ONE STAR because this is so unethical.
Paid close to $300 for our reservation at a Hilton in San Louis Obispo. When we arrived, there was no reservation and we were left stranded. We had to find last minute accommodations and file a dispute with the credit card company.

This company is such a scam! I attempted to call and cancel the night before due to illness. The Customer Service rep named Glenda just kept reading from her little script and could care less. I told her I could provide documentation but she could care less. I told her that I just wanted to change the date but you have to cancel old booking. I was asked if I wanted to book the new one before cancelling the old one. I said I want to make sure they do cancel.
