I booked the Holiday Inn waterfront Kingston for 26 to 28 September, intending to stay for 3 nights. The program interpreted this as two nights, indicating leaving on the 28th. I will arrange for the third night on arrival at the desk. Cordially, David Johnston

I requested one room with 2 queen beds, and the receipt gave me 1 king bed. I called the number on the receipt, and they were unable to help. They referred me to Web Beds. I called them and they, too, did not resolve the issue. The next step will have to be legal action.

I made my reservations for a trip two months in advance. Imagine my surprise and horror when two hours later, my checking account had already been charged! I guess it was my mistake thinking that I would not be charged until my hotel stay. I thought they did what all reservation companies do, wait until you arrive and charge your hotel then. I canceled and rebooked with the hotel itself. I won't make this mistake again. I can promise you that!

Answer: It's a complete scam. What booking company takes your payment in full for the room months in advance and then you cancel months in advance and then they not refund your money! TOTAL SCAM! 110% scam!
Answer: You are really not talking to a supervisor when you ask to speak with a supervisor. They have terrible customer service and hung up on me when I insisted on talking to someone above the person who would not help me. Seriously! Read some script and then hung up on me. I cannot get a refund. Do NOT use this service. They scam you into believing that you are talking to a representative of the hotel. When I called them to get my money back, the so called, "Supervisor," hung up on me and would not let me speak to her supervisor. Very unprofessional conduct. I would never hang up on a customer. She read some script over the phone to me and then hung up on me. DO NOT USE this scamming outfit. You have been warned!
