Scammers

They pretended to be part of the Westin hotel under reservationdesk.com. They took my credit card information and charged it immediately. I cancelled the reservation and was told by travelpass.com that I would receive my charge back less the "processing fee" of $17.99. They sent me an email saying they spoke with the hotel (Westin, which they did not and never have according to Westin) and said they could not refund my money. This company operates out of Guatemala and has deceptive predatory practices. When asked if they were associated with Westin, they said "YES". They are telephone scammers and AVOID THEM. The 844-area code is the first warning.

Lousy company

Let's just be plain about your deceitful behavior. Your initial webpage said there were no cancellation fee 48 hrs prior to arriving. When I needed to cancel I was charged a 17.99 service fee which should be explained prior. Yes I was stupid for being sucked in but will not do it again. I'm used to dealing with a reputable company and should have known better. However it will not stop me from highly recommending other companies and to make sure my clientele will not use you. I will personally fire any staff member who would even think about recommending you. Have a nice day and try to change your sorry policies

Thanks for your review, Billy. The nonrefundable service fee is stated in our cancellation policy. We charge this fee so we can provide 24/7 customer support. This includes providing service if you have an issue with your reservation or need assistance. Our staff is available anytime you need us. When booking online, you must acknowledge the information is correct and agree to the terms and conditions of the reservation before it can be completed. We apologize for any confusion.
