I was given a cancellation of fees (about $14.99) when I first applied yesterday. It was still there when I opened up this email today about booking in 24 hours to keep the reservation and price, but it disappeared when I booked the room.

We also make an additional request at the time of check-out. Occasionally, due to the dynamic nature of hotel room rates, the price may be different at the time of check-out. Although uncommon, it would appear as though we increased the price or gave a last-minute discount. I got a new I phone but the aeroplane number was deleted! I could not speak to a PERSON and get a new card! Grrrr, a fiends house burned and included his card was burned and he has the same problem - no card and no access to a person to explain the situation
