Easier and cheaper than calling the hotel! Service fee was waived so that saved some money
I was given a cancellation of fees (about $14.99) when I first applied yesterday. It was still there when I opened up this email today about booking in 24 hours to keep the reservation and price, but it disappeared when I booked the room.
Did not blatantly disclose fee charged by Reservation desk.

Found hotel on the web and easily booked problem free
It was efficient and fast. I had to make several reservations and of course I'll be getting some points. Anywhere we travel, we choose La Quinta, we especially like the ones in San Antonio Texas.
