Took minutes to get the confirmation. I didn't appreciate the $14.99 fee but it was last minute and I was short on time.

Why have I been charged $14.99? Please advise as soon as possible
Stayed here 4 nights supposed to stay 6 cleaning crew came and entered our room without consent. Then we confronted him and he threatened my family member with gun I will never never NEVER stay here again. I'd rather sleep on the sidewalk. Kids were in our room 11 9 and 8 year old. What if they were naked getting out of shower? DISGUSTING and they kicked us out for defending ourselves.
