Website is made to look like it is the hotels website and it is not. I made a mistake on the reservation, and was unable to change it. Spent 10 minutes on hold waiting to talk to someone and the only help they provided after several minutes was to give me the direct number of the hotel. Finally called the hotel directly and they were very accommodating. You may rest assured if I ever see Reservation Desk on a website I will not use it.
