The people talking to you in the phone are independent contractors that don't care at all for the customer. You are handing out your credit card information to an untrustworthy company! I've been trying to fix my reservation that Reaervation Desk did wrong, and won't take responsibility for.

I was lied to by the booking agent. Stay away from this company. If you are booking a hotel in Canada and they ask for your zip code hang up. They will increase the price by 50% just to book a room for you
An error was made in the charges I was quoted and after several phone calls they did resolve the issue.
I did keep notes when I made the reservation and they did review the recorded phone call I originally made to substantiate the error. I was happy with the resolution.
Whenever you book through anyone it is always wise to check the charges on your confirmation email while on the phone any agent.

My husband and myself made a reservation on 11/10/2023 and cancelled on 11/11/2023, received confirmed email that I would have a refund of the amount, still nothing, called 5 times and was then told refund would be on my card 12/1/2023. I am literally on the phone now with TravelPass, and I have to explain the story ever time, SO FRUSTRATING! I would never recommend this company and I am in the travel industry. I will now be asking every company/ hotel/ vacation site if they are affiliated with this agency, if so IT"S A NO FOR ME. FRAUD may be just it, I have reported this business as well...

They booked WRONG dates they have UNHELPFUL customer service and still charged us a service fee for THEIR MISTAKE
I just don't enjoy being lied to and I can't believe that this got passed me. I went on the internet looking for a specific Hotel in SC and thinking this was the hotel site for Hampton Inn reservations. The thing that aggravates me the most is that they make the site look like it is an authentic Hampton Inn reservation site and not their own. After going through the process something just didn't feel right, so I asked several times is this a 3rd party booking site, or is this Hampton Inn reservations. He replied back to me that I have reached the right place and this is Hampton reservations and that they would get me squared away with the right price and room. I just hope none of my stuff gets compromised over this silly crap. HEY RESERVATIONS.COM STOP SCAMMING PEOPLE for your little profit. I hate dishonest companies like yourself that do this to customers just trying to do the right thing for their travel plans and you screw them over. I am traveling for a family funeral and the last thing I want to worry about is dishonest schmucks like yourselves...rant over. I hope that you guys get audited by the BBB or some other entity and will somehow make you legit or just shut you down. On a positive note...I did confirm with my Hotel that it was the right reservation and dates. The sad part is the Hotel gives funeral rates, which I did discuss with the so called reservation specialists that was not Hampton and he said I could check with them when I arrive (Which is another Lie). So I lost out on a better rate and stuck with a BS service fee from them of $51.00 dollars, which again they do not discuss with you until they charge you.

Booked a room through Travelpass, was quoted a price for room, was told that they couldn't access the hotels reward program. After giving info at hotel check in was given receipt for room reflecting a price of $130 less than quoted price. When I called Travelpass' rep she stated that the charge she saw they levied was $80 less than what they charged my card. After sending them the documents requested for their investigation including hotel receipt and copy of charge on bank statement they said they would get back to me. Three days later I get an email stating that they saw no discrepancy and my request was denied. Basically as was clearly shown by the supplied documents their "investigation " was lip service. Never again!
Had a horrible experience, was booked for the wrong room on the wrong day, the hotel wouldn't give a refund as it was the agents mess up not theirs. After fighting with travelpass they were finally able to confirm the agents mistake and have sent me a refund. Happy to have it all resolved now, hopefully next time this doesn't happen again
Buyer beware! Reservation Desk is basically a software company out of India that solely is in the business of discount hotel reservations and not customer service. Expect know loyalty or customer service if you come up against their policies! This is a company that is only interested in taking your money and not giving it back under any circumstances!

Made a reservation, total was more than advertised $$$$ was immediately withdrawn from my account. I cancelled reservation less than 5 minutes after making the reservation. Now I have to wait 8 to 10 days before they credit my debit card. $900.00

Horrible service! The person on the phone was terrible, couldn't understand and was soo slow in taking the booking. I was told I could cancel the booking but when I went to cancel, was charged. It's been a wild goose chase trying to talk to an actual human and get my money back! Don't book through them!
I intended to book with the hotel directly. My google clicks somehow brought me to a "reservation desk" which to my knowledge seemed like the booking page for the actual hotel. What a surprise to find out it is an external third party manipulative website charging me $40 in "taxes". I should only pay HST on any goods and services. Then the kicker, a service fee for the privilege of allowing them to redirect me in such a sneaky fashion. My emails to *******@reservationdesk.com went unanswered. To be clear, the first email was pleasant and just a little confused about the charges. When I heard nothing back, I called the hotel. Who actually laughed and told me they hate third party websites and wish people would just call the hotel directly. I mean seriously, the hotel would match the pricing. CONSUMER beware of this one in particular. They are arguably the worst I have ever experienced when it comes to third party booking sites. If you get directed to anything that says "reservation desk", trust me, back out and shop through another avenue. If I could give zero stars I would. Shame on you!

While the booking was done, accounting practices are suspect, they would not break out services and taxes charged NOR did the amounts compare to the charges from the hotel > I give them a zero for customer service. I tried repeatably asking for breakdown and credit -NO such response was provided, nor would they advise what taxes were or provide breakdown. CRA will be next on my call list.

Booked a hotel near Toronto airport and was told my parking for 6 days was included as well as airport shuttle when indeed neither was included. I called the actual hotel to confirm everything and Good thing I called or I would've been blind sighted last minute. When I called reservation desk to cancel because the agent lied to me twice they denied giving me my $$$ back because I didn't purchase a cancellation booking. I never would've booked that hotel in the first place if parking and shuttle wasn't included. Waiting on it to be escalated but the run around for this is absolutely unbelievable. Never never never again. Do not use this site. Priceline or Expedia are at least reputable

Traveling 802 miles with elderly adult with broken leg,//CALLED and made reservation for today//received email and noticed it had tomorrow's date on it//contacted every number given to tell them the agent made a mistake- reached out to the hotel directly who was ZERO help- 3 hours of frustration spent on the phone only to have them say they would not gaurantee any refund and would not check into it for 5-7 business days either. Our experience with them involved a fraudulent transaction where they accepted our payment but failed to make the necessary reservation. Upon contacting the hotel, it was evident that no booking was made. The company provided us with fabricated reservation numbers that were of no use. We strongly advise against using this company.

Early September a duplicate reservation was made at a hotel. After explains the issue the hotel manager approved a refund for duplicate booking.
However, after talking to three different connection I got hold of Travelpass.
It took them over a month to process the refund. No apology or compensation of any kind.
Be careful with this company. Will never book with them.
I arrived at the hotel and the first room that I was assigned was on the 4th floor where I stepped off of the elevator and got a horrible smell of weed. I went to the lobby to request a different floor and had to take a different layout (downgrade) to be accommodated. The room I was shown was not the room I was assigned. I went to the room and it was completely disgusting. There was mold on the lampshades, surfaces, curtains, and blood spots on the walls. I left the hotel and found a new place to stay after reporting the concerns to the desk attendant and showing her the pictures. She recommended that I reach out to obtain a refund.
I reached out via phone to discuss these issues with your company on October 5,2023 and expressed my concerns and requested a refund. I asked for a confirmation number for the call and was told there wasn't one but I should hear back in 7-10 business days. I have had no correspondence since then from your company. What can I do now besides reporting this to the BBB and the health department?

Answer: It's a complete scam. What booking company takes your payment in full for the room months in advance and then you cancel months in advance and then they not refund your money! TOTAL SCAM! 110% scam!

They have terrible customer service and hung up on me when I insisted on talking to someone above the person who would not help me. Seriously! Read some script and then hung up on me. I cannot get a refund. Do NOT use this service. They scam you into believing that you are talking to a representative of the hotel. When I called them to get my money back, the so called, "Supervisor," hung up on me and would not let me speak to her supervisor. Very unprofessional conduct. I would never hang up on a customer.
