I called and got a rate per night for my stay at Best Western, after leaving I checked my credit card and got charged a different amount every night which was 4 nights and charged $50 more on the last night! Also I someone got ahold of my credit card information and ordered products online 2 days after booking with them, coincedence I wonder.
Made a reservation here specifically because they promised a lower price and no hidden fees.
When I got the confirmation email, not only was the price higher than agreed on the phone, but there as also a large previously undisclosed fee. The overall cost discrepancy was over 30%.
Finally, it took a stressful back and forth on the phone to cancel.

I booked a jacuzzi room and paid 200 dollars. When I got to the hotel there was no jacuzzi rooms available and reservation desk would still charged me for the jacuzzi room when I only got a standard room that would have only cost me 125 dollars. So this company scammed me and I was told by the front desk attendant that this happens all the time with this company. Please don't use them it ruined my night.

When I called them they said they would investigate and then got email saying I would get refund. They refunded everything to me but one nights reservation. I complained that I should not have to pay and night charges and now we go around the mulberry bush. Waiting to see whether I get this back or not. To me they are a scammer. BUYER BEWARE, RECORD ALL CONVERSATIONS WITH THEM. The emails sent to me is not clear or concise as to how this will be resollved
First. I did not want to use an outside company but accidentally got Reservation Desk.
Second. The girl that I spoke to was very pushy and did not give me all of the information. There are fees lumped into the tax amount that is not broken down and not explained. She told me I could get a full refund. Also she didn't tell me about the 15.99 charge that was separate and not refundable.
Third. I cancelled the reservation but still haven't received my money back. It indicates 3-10 business days. It took 3 seconds for my card to be charged it is unacceptable that it should take 3-10 business days for a refund. I called to inquire and was told he could not do anything but escalate it. Which I appreciated but that doesn't give my money back. I should have been able to be transferred to someone that has the power to process the credit.
Over all a very disappointing interaction. I will not ever use this booking system again.

We have cancelled as i booked direct with best western and get my points. Buyer beware!
They certainly did not try to identify loudly they were 3rd party. Also they say cancellation refunds may take 7 - 10 days! I am concerned. And you bay 15 dollar booking fee!

I booked a room. Accessible Queen. ( for $40 more than walk-in rate). That is my fault for not checking them out better…. I got reservation on phone and specifically asked for a QUEEN bed.
….and we HOT a queen. They charged for a KING… maybe $20 more…. They would not even consider a refund. Terrible service… will never use again…

We were led to believe that we were making our reservation with the actual hotel not a 3rd party. We were attempting to get a New Years Eve package rate and were told it was not available anymore and that the hotel was almost sold out for that weekend so the only rates available were double the amount that were shown by the hotel for New Year's Eve weekend. Then we were told that parking and breakfast would be included so we should be happy with the rates so we took them.
That was over a month early and the hotel still had the lower rates available when we arrived and wasn't sold out and parking and breakfast was not included it cost $70 a day just for parking. We could not cancel this reservation and book the lower rate either. We tried to discuss the parking but were turned away. Just repeated by someone named Jacob denied denied denied. Travelpass should be denied.
We were redirected to the site and did not notice the change. Booked the reservation and needed to change due to family emergency and these folks charged 83% cancellation change and $16.00 booking fee.
Called customer Service only to find out they were just as bad as the cancellation charge.
Worst site ever and then found out the cost for the room was much greater than booking with the hotel directly

Massed my hotel reservation and refused to refund my money. They should be liable for the wrong room. I booked a suit and when I arrived at the hotel I found was room.
I had to find another hotel because it took me an hour to get hold of the cancelation department.
And they told me that they are guaranteed to get a refund.

I canceled my reservation a week ahead of time they told me they had to call the manager to get in OK then they came back and said the manager didn't OK so I called the manager at the hotel. He says he has no control over it. They never talk to him so they lied and I found out they get to keep the money The hotel never gets any money because I didn't check in. They're corrupt as hell. I'm gonna sue the $#*! out of them lying. I'm gonna Attorney. I have nothing better to do than spend more time in court.

Tonight on we called to book a room at the super 8 in Clarksville Tn on Christmas as we were driving home. I asked if I was talking to the hotel directly and the person lied and said yes. I asked for a first floor room and reiterated several times that we had two small corgi dogs and needed a first floor room with pets. He said no problem. He booked our reservation and when we got to hotel I was told they do not guarantee first floor and there were signs everywhere saying no pets. I was mad. We had to book another hotel and luckily we got a room.I called and the liar scammers at the end of the line would not cooperate so I reported the charge to my credit card company. Be careful if you call these people. They will lie and steal your money.

In my opinion, this site is a scam. I goggled the hotel where I wanted to stay for 3 nights. ReservationDesk.com first popped up. I called and I was led to believe that I was, in fact, calling the reservation desk of that hotel. When booking my reservation, the CSR mentioned nothing about any additional fees, just the nightly room rate. I know that taxes are added to any hotel reservation. However, it was only after I had booked a non-refundable stay and received my confirmation that I saw that I had been charged not only the rate for the 3 nights ($392.00) but also $135.46 in Tax/"Service fee"", along w/a $15.99 service charge and a $5.88 "Property Fee". L did not learn of these additional undisclosed fees until receipt of my invoice. I also later found out that the daily room rate I paid was actually close to $30 per night rate greater than that the hotel actually would have charged for those same dates. I was not aware of this deceptive discrepancy until my stay at the hotel. When I called ReservationDesk.com to complain about both the undisclosed exorbitant "service charge", along with the undisclosed "property fee", and "service charge", as well as the inflated daily hotel rate, I was met with rudeness and arrogance by the CSR. He was completely unable or unwilling to explain these extra excessive fees & charges or inflated daily rate. He was extremely rude and started yelling at me. I asked to speak with his manager but he said she was unavailable. This site should be shut down for unscrupulous and unethical business. You should avoid this site at all cost... as it will cost you plenty extra to boom through them. I also plan to contact the Better Business Bureau.

DO NOT work with this company! They posed as Days Inn and added over $36.66 dollars in "taxes and fees" that they refused to explain and break down even though they were the company that did the initial charge. After doing more research I've learned that countless others have been scammed as well. My credit card company is disputing this and had to send me a new card.

They probably take advantage of SEO tactics and when you try and search for your hotel to call you ended up calling them and placing a reservation with them they charge a service fee of $15.99 that they never tell you about. I immediately call and cancel everything and then demanded the service fee to be reimbursed. They did send an email confirming the refund pf everything let see if I do ended up receiving it

Never, ever book a hotel through this agency. I called and booked a room for a month. When I arrived at the hotel at midnight, I found out that my hotel room was reserved for one night only. The person who made my reservation barely spoke English. She didn't write any of the data correctly, but that's why she knew to write the number from my card. After complaints that lasted for a month, an unpleasant character told me that it was not their fault that my room was booked like that and that I would seek all the payment I had from the hotel that charged me for the room for that night. They charged me $15.99 for the booking service. And there was nothing from the service. If I could I will give them big 0!

We booked hotel accommodation for a funeral only to find out that we were charged double and in US currency. We are in Canada staying at a Canadian hotel and my bill showed up with added fees and the total only displayed the price with no currency identified. When I reviewed my credit card statement none of the prices added up and on top of it the bill showed up in US dollars. The agency was horrible. They arbitrarily decided what I was going to be refunded and it still was short over $100. They couldn't give us an answer. I would NEVER use them or book with them again. Be very aware.
