It was what I expected from an online booking service. Nothing special. Oh, I couldn't figure out how to modify my original reservation to add a day but the hotel told me to just make another separate reservation for the second day. Which I did.

Easy booking experience. However, when I received an email to confirm my booking, I had to do this survey and type at least 50 words into this comment box. I cannot see an option to skip this step.
