I do have a question. My husband is going on for surgery Tuesday Jan. 7th. We are staying Monday night, 6th, so we don't have to travel to the hospital in Traverse City early a.m. on the 7 th. My son is coming in from California and my daughter from Indiana so we will stay until my husband is released. Hope and expectation is the 9th. Is there a special rate for medical reasons for our stay?

100% a scam. Do not use this company. When I arrived at my hotel there were 2 bookings under my name, not sure why. The hotel offered to accommodate me and cancel one of the rooms even though it's non refundable. Then reservation desk continued to say that the hotel was denying returning me my money. They refused to call the hotel or they would say the hotel was not available. How is the hotel not available when I could call them directly with little to no wait. Total fraud, refused to do anything to even look into the problem. All over $300. No concern for the customer experience at all. Will be more careful going forward when I notice I'm not booking from the actual hotel.

I would never use this company again - they were unable to flex my dates and allow me to cancel. Cancelling an existing reservation does not reimburse the charged rates + fees. This company is a scam. Buyer beware.

Reservation Desk definitely hired a PR firm to write positive reviews, because they scammed my elderly father. I spend about 45 minutes on the phone with him and a woman from Reservation Desk while my dad very meticulously told her what he wanted and where he wanted to stay. She read off the reservation details. I interjected to make sure the dates and location were correct before he read off his credit card info. She read off the address for the location he wanted to stay MULTIPLE times. Fast forward to reviewing the confirmation email and it is at a 2 star, trash hotel no where near where he wanted to stay with an address that is completely different than the one she confirmed with me. Shame on Reservation Desk and the POS that wasted 45 minutes of my life while they scammed my dad. I implore them to listen back to the recording of the conversation.

I was told to check out. I would have an email receipt. I have not received that receipt. Also, every time I try to call customer service it's a different line. One is even for a device monitoring where you fall or not another one whenever I say I wanna speak to a representative. It just hangs up. I would suggest if you need a represent if you need a receipt don't stay at this hotel. I know this won't get printed, but I'm putting it out anyway why can I not get a receipt when I check out? Why is it whenever I called the Holiday Inn express number the guy talked really fast and you can't understand whenever you tell him what you wanting Looks suspicious huh?

Not good. I put in my card info and forgot a code. I lost all my info, so I called the hotel directly. No one picked up after roughly 10 tries trying to get anyone at the front desk. I called your 800 number and they were very helpful. We checked into a dingy room; rusty shower, dim lighting (hard to get ready in the morning). Breakfast was awful! The ice machine was holding on for life with bungy cords (filthy area). The only nice thing when checking out was Bob.

I accidentally booked a non-refundable rate. Immediately called the hotel and they would not budge on accommodating the request to pay the higher rate for a refundable room. I will not be recommending this hotel.

On April 8th I looked up to make a hotel reservation for Holiday Inn Express & Suites Tampa I was told by the agent that he was a reservation agent for the Hotel itself, he blatantly LIED to me, because the day we arrived at the hotel, we were told that we never made the reservation directly with Expedia. We did not such thing. Also the he assured us that we were getting a handicap room for my 86 year old husband, which we did not. My husband almost fell off the toilet seat because of this. Now another thing we were charged $88.98 for taxes and fees; of which I asked to explain what this meant and no one could give me an answer. I am so disappointed and upset with the outright lies of the agent who made this reservation for my husband, myself and our son. We spent almost $500 for a two night stay in a very uncomfortable room, especially for my elderly husband. What a rip off. I do not recommend this site for anyone. Don't waste your money. Very annoyed and unhappy experience. Customer.

Absolutely 100% do not go through this company. If you feel like throwing away $80 on nothing then do it. They charge you for a service that absolutely sucks and leaves you almost stranded at the front desk of the hotel that you're in. Absolutely disgusting, they will not take any accountability, and they 100% lie about the actual cost. 100% TAKE THE EXTRA 5 MINUTES AND FIND THE HOTEL THAT YOU WANT TO STAY AT AND BOOK IT YOURSELF, AND THEY ALSO DO NOT OFFER LOW PRICES. It was quick. I did not receive a confirmation via email, but I did receive it by Text. If when I arrive tomorrow my room is reserved as requested the experience will have been fine. The charges are showing on my account so I'm assuming everything will be fine.

This site is misleading. Within 30 minutes of making the reservation we had to cancel the reservation. We received our refund, and it was short $17.99. It was never disclosed to us that a fee would be charged.

My stay was December 30th, 2024, but this review would not let me add a date less than Jan. 1,2025.
Had to use paper clips to hold curtain closed. They use a top sheet for bottom sheet. Kept coming out & then mattress cover would be all lumpy. Pillow filling all bundled up in balls inside pillows. Assistant manager very rude. Rm needs upgraded & clean. No lamps. Dark dungy, Scarey outside walkway between the 2 buildings to walk to room. Don't phone number on top of ad cause you don't get any medical rate at all. Motel would not give me the medical rate when they advertise it. No continental breakfast at all. I wouldn't of ate there anyways. Yuck. Use to stay there years ago when grandchildren were born in Kamloops hospital. Was way better. That was 18 yrs ago. Now a dive. So sad 😢. DO NOT BOOK HERE!

It all happened online, there was no one to talk to. It all feels detached. Maybe because I'm older, I still like interactions and the ability to discuss rooms and options.

Answer: It's a complete scam. What booking company takes your payment in full for the room months in advance and then you cancel months in advance and then they not refund your money! TOTAL SCAM! 110% scam!
Answer: They were deceptive. I googled to call the motel directly and I do not recall if I asked them specifically am I calling the motel directly, but they answered reservation desk, so I thought I was calling the Motel, and they never told me otherwise.
Answer: You are really not talking to a supervisor when you ask to speak with a supervisor. They have terrible customer service and hung up on me when I insisted on talking to someone above the person who would not help me. Seriously! Read some script and then hung up on me. I cannot get a refund. Do NOT use this service. They scam you into believing that you are talking to a representative of the hotel. When I called them to get my money back, the so called, "Supervisor," hung up on me and would not let me speak to her supervisor. Very unprofessional conduct. I would never hang up on a customer. She read some script over the phone to me and then hung up on me. DO NOT USE this scamming outfit. You have been warned!
