The process seemed to go smoothly... easy access...quick. There were several rooms available and selection was simple. Check out was the easiest part and the confirmation and breakdown of charges information was very quick to come through on my phone. Steps were easy to follow.

The place is cheap and very dirty and I mean DIRTY. Room 157 the last person to use this unit did not even flush the toilet and the tub had blood stains. Was there yesterday 31/03/25

Very comfortable and friendly staff. Breakfast is good but my only suggestion is I'm lactose intolerant and would be great if there was non dairy oat or almond milk for the oatmeal and cereal.

Swindlers and thieves, Due to their lack of regulation and blacklisting, they would cause you to lose all of your money. I was able to escape the grips of this dishonest corporation by displaying my address in my avatar. I just made progress on my recovery by reaching out for help. I looked up Tag Security Recovery Limited Home on Google. Now that I get my money back, I'm glad to share my accomplishment and experience.

I would give no stars if the website would allow me. I booked a hotel in Canada and this looked like their reservation site. Turns out it is a third party. The website quoted the rate in Canadian $. When the reservation was completed the charge was in US$ and it was charged to my card costing an extra $60 for 1 night. To cancel they retain a 30% fee until 2 days before or 100% cancellation after that. I have sent many emails to get the correction made and now they won't even send a reply. I have phoned them 3 times with no satisfaction. I have talked to my credit card company but they won't do anything unless I file a grievance which costs me more money for postage, time, etc. I talked directly to the hotel manager who was cordial and phoned to try get it straightened out. He said what I was charged was more than any of their rooms cost but really couldn't do anything because this is a third party reservation but makes it seem like the direct hotel reservation desk. This hotel is in Canada, I'm in Canada, prices were quoted in Canadian $ and they switch to US $ and won't acknowledge a mistake or correct it

Wasn't sure at first but wanted to book my reservation for Holiday Inn Express & Suites at Fleming Island, Florida. Kinda weird that some options did not include the continental breakfast. Anyway, from there it was a breeze setting everything up. Thank You very much.

I was attempting to use this service to pay for my stay with my father's credit card. I don't care about the reservation being confirmed. I care about paying for my stay. I don't appreciate my time being wasted with words like extended or confirmed

This service have hidden charges do not use. Parking is not available and part far away. Parking is first come and it is always full. The hidden resort fee charges are not told upfront. The reservation desk gives you low price but do not talk about hidden charges and service charges and booking fee that bring the price even higher than normal rate. Terrible service. People on phone do not understand or speak English. It is not work using this terrible service. Big communication issue. Staff being friendly is not true and as a traveler you care about the room NOT the Friedly staff. The room are terrible and have bugs and not clean. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE OR HOTEL>> terrible They tell you one price and charge you another.

Highly recommended. Friendly, fast, clean and cozy. My family and I had a good night's sleep while traveling from CO to VA. Safe area and well lit. Complimentary breakfast was tasty and well kept by the manager.

I haven't even been on my trip yet and they already ruined my trip. I asked to add another guest and they won't allow me, even if I pay a full room price for him. I also asked other options like add a sofa, mattress etc. and they denied the request. Its extremely hard to get a hold of anybody over the phone. I would give 0 stars if I could.

We traveled 187 miles from home. We had a reservation and get to the hotel and Adele said there are NO ROOMS. She was no help whatsoever. Adele you were no help. I am leaving one start because zero was not an option. Beware when booking this hotel.

Answer: It's a complete scam. What booking company takes your payment in full for the room months in advance and then you cancel months in advance and then they not refund your money! TOTAL SCAM! 110% scam!
Answer: They were deceptive. I googled to call the motel directly and I do not recall if I asked them specifically am I calling the motel directly, but they answered reservation desk, so I thought I was calling the Motel, and they never told me otherwise.
Answer: You are really not talking to a supervisor when you ask to speak with a supervisor. They have terrible customer service and hung up on me when I insisted on talking to someone above the person who would not help me. Seriously! Read some script and then hung up on me. I cannot get a refund. Do NOT use this service. They scam you into believing that you are talking to a representative of the hotel. When I called them to get my money back, the so called, "Supervisor," hung up on me and would not let me speak to her supervisor. Very unprofessional conduct. I would never hang up on a customer. She read some script over the phone to me and then hung up on me. DO NOT USE this scamming outfit. You have been warned!
