WHY IS THERE A SERVICE FEE OF $15.99 WHEN I MADE THE RESERVATIONS DIRECTLY WITH YOUR COMPANY. IS THIS ANOTHER WAY TO SCREW YOUR CUSTOMERS. WHY NOT ADD IT TO THE ROOM COST SO WE SEE A TRUE COST OF THE ROOM PRIOR TO TAXES AND ADDITIONAL FEES AGAIN TO SCREW THE CUSTOMER.

I went to the Maui Seaside website to make a reservation and when I selected my dates, Reservation Counter took over and the process began to book. The nightly rate was great, but the taxes were terrible, however I know you don't control the taxes.
