The pay is above average, but I assure that it isn't worth it. Management does not show any respect towards employees. The company in general does not value its employees. You'll be treated just like a machine. Also, the work atmosphere is toxic because managers do not owe up to their mistakes and instead plays the blame game.
I have used this vendor for several years, and it has always been a useful site to determine what is wrong with household appliances. I am convinced it has saved me money in service calls and repair bills. I have been able to order and replace needed parts without difficulty. Fast delivery. Good return policy as well.
I paid for a dryer part I've been waiting 3 weeks but it was supposed to be here awhile ago but rude service n still no part I'm a contractor n have never had a problem like this from any company nuts
Bought a stove element based on part number of the oven and it didn't fit. Spent $28 to send it back and they won't refund any of my cost because the connector shows "signs of wear" because we tried to plug it in. Out over $100.
When I ordered parts, the site said it was in stock and ship the next day. Well, 2 weeks later, not received. I called their customers' service and they tell me they're back order. They seem to have trouble managing their web inventory, to say the least. Would have had to wait another month or so. Fortunately I was able to cancel my order. In summary, this is not a reliable company.
I fix my own appliances so don't order often, maybe once a year but I have fixed my washer, dryer, microwave and conventional oven with parts and using the great videos. Generally I haven't had any issues - but last fall the igniter for my oven went out and I ordered a replacement from them. If is a fragile item- was extremely well packed but arrived broken. Maybe it had been dropped somewhere along the line. I used their chat feature and sent them pictures of the broken item. They promptly sent out a replacement and didn't want the broken item back. I'm a very satisfied long time customer of RepairClinic!
Consumers BEWARE! I gave them a credit card I seldom use to order a $13 appliance part over the phone. A couple of hours later, that same card number was used in an attempted fraudulent purchase for $400! I'm reporting it to the Attorney General because the supervisor at Repair Clinic didn't seem to care much. I doubt he even documented my complaint.
I have a freezer in my home that hasn't been feeling well for a few months. I went to the repair clinic site put in my model number and they showed me a complete video on how my freezer operates, how to take it a part and what would most likely be the problem. Before this I called a repair man, several of them actually and they wanted 179.00 just to come look at it. Well thanks to the Repair Clinic my freezer was fixed for under 10.00 and now is working just fine. On there web site different repairs are labeled by your level of expertise from layman to experienced by little wrenches. Some repairs are recommended for you not to try unless you have knowledge but the ones that are easy you can save hundreds and hundreds of dollars like I said we fixed our freezer for less than 10.00.
Order that they sent had absolutely no correlation to what I ordered. On hold forever when trying to sort it out. After all this, they said item out of stock, although website stated in stock. Waste of time. Find another option.
Horrible Service! I ordered a part for my ice maker that never arrived. They claimed it was lost in the mail and said they would send a replacement that was never sent. I tried numerous times to call and live chat but never was able to speak with anyone. After waiting over 8 weeks I requested the order be cancelled and my cc refunded. They still have not resolved the payment so I now need to dispute it with my credit card company.
I called this website - looked online to make sure company was legit- when placing my order, I put in the serial # and there was a model # also on the order. Based on this information, I was told by this company, the oven part was compatible with my oven. However, upon receiving the product, it was indeed not compatible. The oven door would not shut. With shipping costs back and forth, approximately $37.00 was spent - which I'm forced to pay - I tried reaching out to this company, no help there with getting shipping cost refunded for at least shipping wrong item. ( after contacting sears, we were told that indeed our oven was discontinued- so no part available). Do yourself a favor, and do NOT do business with this company- they are not reputable
The site is very user friendly and features a wide variety of appliance parts that cater to all kinds of home appliances. I was impressed with their vast selection of parts, but what stood out for me was the extensive help manual that the company provides. When I needed to repair our microwave, the help manual served as my go-to guide. The manual was simple and easy to understand, providing detailed step-by-step instructions that helped me confidently handle the repair myself.
All they care about is making sales. After that, you are nothing to them. Don't waste your time buying parts from them as the parts won't last long and no one would be there to listen to you if you need a replacement.
I ordered a part for my dishwasher. Said it would arrive in 3-5 business days. 3 weeks and still no part. I contacted them through chat because I could not get through on the phone. They said it would ship out in another 2 or 3 days and it was on back order. I never saw that come up when I ordered the part. Overall experience with this company is fair at best. Hopefully my part will be delivered by the end of the year. Fingers crossed.
After the fact I read all the negative reviews, glad I didn't. Bosch recommended me here for a part for a 25 year old dishwasher. We ordered it for a DIY job, hoping it might work. It was delivered in the two days as promised with instructions no. Less. Installed today, perfect!
When I browsed the site in search of replacement parts for washing machine, I found the process straightforward. They seem to stock parts for nearly any appliance or equipment you can think of. I'm also a fan of their same-day shipping option, which expedited the repair of my washer.
Our 10-year-old washing machine recently broke down and I was looking for replacement parts. Got hold of one of their customer agents and asked if the motor coupler for our whirlpool washing machine was available and he said they had it in stock. Sent him some pictures and the exact part number just to be sure. Received the part later and it was properly packaged. Good experience.
So I had a dryer acting up and googled the symptoms. Well, repairclinic.com popped up and I went to have a look. Talk about a nice troubleshooting site, this is it! The site handily took the mystery out of the issues I was experiencing and after a trip the the appliance parts store I was ready to operate. A little time and $12 in parts, viola! Fixed dryer. Thanks google for sending me here, I love repairclinic.com.
Never fear broken appliances again, Freedom!
Absolutely horrible customer service, unprofessional, rude and overall an awful experience.
Spoke to them on the phone and was ensured the part was in stock, would ship within the week and no worries. Placed the order online and waited.
One month later still nothing, called and was on hold for over an hour, was told there was a mistake and it will ship out within 2 days.
Week later still nothing. Called again, waited 45 minutes, then was told it was back ordered and will be at least a month or two for it.
Had an absolutely rude and condescending human on the phone that spoke to me like garbage. Stay clear and far away from this company.
Ordered a dryer belt on Monday, paid extra for over night shipping. It was promised on Wednesday the 17th of Jan. Well at 6:45 Friday night it just got left outside the house after multiple calls to Repairclinic. The excuse was bad weather in Memphis. Well excuse me my niece lives in Memphis and the bad weather was last week not this week. And isn't 2 day air: planes not trucks? The tracking number had that belt at 4 different stops before it got to me. And to top it off Repairclinic said they would refund the part but not the shipping or extra 2 day expedite. Not good service, took me days to get through to them and their customers service is all at the customers cost. We found the same belt at Lowe's at a fraction of the cost and were on our way to Lowes when the belt arrived via Fed Ex. Turned around went home and it turns out it was the wrong belt! Not correct number of the belt. Can this get worse? Don't use these people.
