We experienced issues with our washing machine and had a technician come over to diagnose the problem. He identified that a part was broken and needed a replacement. I promptly ordered the necessary part from RepairClinic.com and, to my delight, the exact component arrived just three days later.
Ordered two parts. First one was right. Second, a light fan blade was waaaaay off. I tried all weekend to cancel the order calling and chatting. Chat is the worst. It will tell you your fourteenth in line and all of a sudden its stuck at seven for an hour. The second time 2 hours. Bull$#*! sent me a little bitty fan that would never work. Can probably make the motor work. This is total bull$#*! they do nothing on the weekend. He tells me a model number that he says I gave them when I ordered, problem is the model number doesent exist on my unit. Stay AWAY. Fan is made out of nothing.
Don't order from these people. I bought a part for my washer and it stopped leaking so I didn't open the shipping box and did a chat about returning it. Told them we didn't even open it. Had to pay for shipping cost. They sent me an email claiming scuffs on the terminal I called and sent an email saying that could happen at the factory if they tested it. She said the return manager would call got another email saying she rechecked it. She said their was marks on the plate from screwing it in. Nothing about the terminal. These people are bold face liars. That can't get their story straight. Check other review site's you will find low scores and a lot of complaints
I will never do business with RepairClinic again. I ordered an AC capacitor. After I received it and tested it, I found it was faulty directly out of the box. So I followed their directions to send it back. I was informed that it "showed signs of being installed or tested" and so there would be no refund. If you order from them, you had better hope that the part is functional. If it is not functional and you put a meter on it to test it, you can no longer return it.
There are several issues with their site. It's very complex. It doesn't question whether you have the right model number and make suggestions for parts that a furnace might not even have. Plus the mobile phone display does not mimic the website and makes it much harder to make sure you're getting the right part. When I called to sort it out they wouldn't take responsibility for any of that. The call was disconnected and I never got an email response to try to follow up. They didn't even get my phone number when I called in case that we were disconnected it could be re-established
Their customer service is excellent. They quickly replaced what appeared to be a defective furnace inducer motor and overnighted it to me. I'd do business with them again any time and can recommend them.
Placed order mid-August 2020. Est'd delivery date given of 3rd wk in Sept. Emailed company early Nov as nothing rec'd. No response. Called company mid-Nov and was advised that Sept was just an est'd date but one item still out of stock and to be arriving in couple weeks. Well, its mid-Jan 2021 and still nothing rec'd nor any updated notice. Now hoping I can recoup from the credit card company.
I ordered a part for my dryer from them. The website has a lot of clear information on their parts so it was easy to find what I needed and the product arrived on time. The part was high quality and fit perfectly. I'm very happy with the experience, I would use their services again.
Buying from any website is difficult when you're trying to make sure a part is exactly what you need. This site has the option to input your model number which is helpful to make sure a part fits. But the search engine is cumbersome and it is difficult to find the parts that work for you versus all the parts available under that term. So when I searched for door bins for my fridge it provided a large list and I had to individually check each to see if it fit. The site also does not provide measurements but rather relies on you counting individual squares on a picture to determine size. So I ended up ordering the wrong size. I get that. It's technically on me. But I had to pay for shipping for the first and the replacement part ($10 each) AND I have to find my own shipping company to ship the part back and the cheapest option is $18 and mine is a small part! I have talked to customer service and they outright refuse to pay for return shipping or match the shipping rate.
Ordered 2 parts to replace fan motor in my HVAC. One arrived broken, and the other was an incorrect part that would not physically fit on my unit. I tried to return both but they only refunded the broken part, not the incorrect part, because it had been opened. How are you supposed to know this company sent the incorrect part unless the package is open?! This is a predatory business, do not buy. Wish I had read these reviews before purchasing. I will be filing a chargeback with my CC company and a complaint with the BBB, but their customer service is absolutely rude and horrible. Again: do not buy from here!
I got authorization to return a part. After I paid for shipping and returned the part, I got an email telling me the return was declined as there was evidence it has been installed. Hence, they sent me back the receipt, highlighting the fine print on their return policy. Thus, I requested to get the part back and paid again to have the part shipped back. After several attempts I finally got a response that the part had been tossed since they could not get a hold of me. However, I never got an email, although previous correspondence was through email and I didn't have any phone calls from them. Sadly I lost the money I paid for the part, I didn't get the part back, and I incurred shipping costs two times!
I ordered two refrigerator parts and promptly received two stove parts. The return process has been excruciatingly inconvenient and time-consuming. I wonder whether I'll ever get my money back. I wouldn't bother with this outfit, as it's not worth any perceived savings.
They sent me the defective items and blamed that I have ordered the wrong parts. Previous rep even admitted that these was the correct ones and now they denied it. Right now, returning shipping cost will be on me. I will never ever purchase anything else from this company...
Their customer service sucks! Their return policy is abysmal. Whether you're returning a part you receive DAMAGED, or simply returning a part ordered you no longer need, they will not send you a prepaid return shipping label, which in most cases the customer end up paying a lot more in shipping the product back to get a refund.
I ordered two items on and received a shipping confirmation for both items on 07-04-20, stating your items have shipped. I checked the items on the shipment confirmation and both items were listed with no exceptions. Since that was within my required timeframe I was content. On 07-10-20 I received one of the items. I chatted with a representative and they said it didn't arrive at their warehouse as expected and I asked how could you send a "shipment" conformation when the part didn't ship? The only reply I got was, "would you like to cancel the order?". I said I would have ordered the part from another supplier if you had been truthful about whether you have the part or not. I will not order from this company again because they can't be trusted.

I ordered an oven part from the site based on their search engine. I entered the oven part number and the model of the control board I needed came up. After receiving and installing the part, not only did it not work, it caused problems the oven didn't have with the old part. After several calls, the technician told me I had the wrong part. They then refused to refund me for the part because it had already been installed. $150 thrown away. Won't ever use this shady company again.
They genuinely almost have all the replacement parts you need. They had the exact part for the five-year-old microwave I was looking for. I paid about $40, but it's still preferable to purchasing a brand-new one.
For the last three days (7/18-7/20) I have not been able to get ahold of customer service. When calling the service number I either get a busy signal or a message that the call won't go through. On the rare occasion that I do get a connection, the automated system just puts me on hold for excessive amount of time (been hanging up after 30 minutes). Live chat is not available... only able to leave a written message but have received no response. Have also sent emails to which I have received no response. There is nothing posted on the website indicating there is any issue with their systems.
Awesome company for appliance repair. I fixed a washing machine inlet valve in less than 20 minutes! Part was less than $15.00. Do it yourself video was EXCELLENT and EXACT... My wife said the machine runs like BRAND NEW:. Happy wife happy life. I am a pharmacist by profession but like to do things myself when it comes to repairs. Anyone can do this repair with the video that showed how to do it,,,
This company is a scam. They lied to me repeatedly about having a part. I waited for 40 days for the part to arrive and then it suddenly was delayed for another 30 days for no reason. When I called to ask about it, the customer service representative was a complete $#*!head and the supervisor said he just didn't care. This company is a total scam - do not buy from them!
