I've only had great experiences ordering from RepairClinic. They have a wide selection of parts and helpful videos on common repairs. Every order I've placed has arrived promptly and the quality has been excellent.
This is the only place my family shops whenever we need to repair any of our appliances. I highly recommend RepairClinic.com to anyone in need of replacement parts for their household appliances. Their extensive selection, competitive prices, and outstanding customer service make them stand out from the rest.
Whenever I need parts to repair my appliances, this is always my first destination. The website is user-friendly and it's easy to find what I'm looking for. Moreover, they offer fantastic instructional videos.
I have used this vendor for several years, and it has always been a useful site to determine what is wrong with household appliances. I am convinced it has saved me money in service calls and repair bills. I have been able to order and replace needed parts without difficulty. Fast delivery. Good return policy as well.
I fix my own appliances so don't order often, maybe once a year but I have fixed my washer, dryer, microwave and conventional oven with parts and using the great videos. Generally I haven't had any issues - but last fall the igniter for my oven went out and I ordered a replacement from them. If is a fragile item- was extremely well packed but arrived broken. Maybe it had been dropped somewhere along the line. I used their chat feature and sent them pictures of the broken item. They promptly sent out a replacement and didn't want the broken item back. I'm a very satisfied long time customer of RepairClinic!
Been waiting 7 days for a part the size of a cigarette pack that was shipped via FedEx. Put it in an envelope and send it through the Post Office. Would have cost less than $8.00 and the mailman would have put it in the mailbox! Poorest shipping decision I've ever dealt with.
If I had checked these ratings first, I probably would not have ordered from them. However, in my case, it was a blessing that I didn't check. After first purchasing the part I needed locally and realizing after I got home that the part I was given was not even close to what I had ordered, I decided to look online. Repair Clinic was the first to pop up when I Googled my part number. I got two of the parts for less than half the price I paid for one at the local shop. It was delivered in two days as promised. The only negative experience was that the links provided in the emails I received implied a video was available to show how to install the new parts, since they looked different than the original (a change made by the manufacturer). The links did not work, so I decided to browse the Repair Clinic web site, where promises of thousands of references were listed on their search page - but alas, my part was not one of them. So, I searched YouTube and found a 9 minute video that was extremely helpful. In fact, it only took me about 10 minutes total, including video time, to finish the repair because the video demonstration duplicated the repair I was doing. I'm very sorry to read this other poor reviews. It makes me wonder if I just got lucky, or if only those with issues are entering reviews...
Entered our model number for our double freezer. The recommended part was ordered. Received the part which unfortunately was the wrong item (unit requires two different fans since it is a double unit) that they recommended. Our unit calls for two fans, not one. With that being said, one fan was sent. It was bigger then what is in our model, no way to install. Basically told that is the correct part as that is what their system states. Tried telling the CSR it is incorrect, but he would not here of it. Told we had to pay return shipping as this was our fault for ordering an item that they recommended for our double freezer unit. Then they tried selling us another item(s) for the unit that was incorrect as well. Went to Amazon and ordered correct items needed.
I placed an order for a furnace flame sensor on Saturday evening. Then called the following day, Sunday, about noon and requested order cancellation. I was told that my request was placed in some kind of lineup and I would receive a message, no matter if my request was successful or not. I did not receive such message, just 24 hours later I received a notification that my order was shipped! My order never appeared on my account page, so the tab Manage your order was useless, so was the tab Track your order. Then, when I called and enquired about return, the representative just hung up on me!
Unprofessional and they are right you are wrong. They claim we installed the part and would not refund our money. They claimed they emailed us the information about declining our return. That never happened!
I work as a technician and I find them to be the perfect fit for my work, I've found that sourcing OEM parts has been simplified thanks to them. Their services stand out, and the authenticity of the parts they provide is unquestionable.
I purchased a drain pump for my washer and it arrived too late. I had already found the part locally and installed it. I sent the part back on my dime and they then I get an email claiming the following: "The part you returned shows scars on the terminals which happens after hook up or connection of the wires." I never opened the internal box and didn't even set eyes on the part let alone try and hook it up. And then they pull this fraudulent crap. Stay away! There are reputable companies out there. RepairClinic.com is simply awful.
First let say ONE star is too many! We ordered stove insulation. Order came in a timely fashion. When I opened the box at our summer home, it had defiantly been used. Called customer service only to talk to a person who we could not understand when he did speak after being on hold for 50 minutes. I think he was hoping we'd hang up. We were told we would have to send pictures to service department and then they would decide if we would receive an exchange. I had to use a piece of the stuff due to a entertaining the following weekend and needing the oven. NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. STAT AWAY!
Called to tell them they sent the wrong part which I paid $9.85 to ship. She will give us a credit for the part but we pay shipping.
I said that doesn't make sense since the part will cost as much as the shipping. She said ok do what you want to do.
DON"T deal with this company. The same woman answers the phone every time and doesn't seem to care about the customer.
I ordered two parts for my AC and got confirmation email, then it went silence. No way to find out order status except calling them. After putting up on hold for >20 min, I was told the items are in back-ordered. What the hack it doesn't tell me they don't have items ready to ship? A few days later I emailed to cancel the order. No response. Have to call again. The only thing good about this website is that you can speak to someone and they seem to be helpful. If you don't want waste time, stay away from them.
Wrong parts delivered, then refund refused. I've never encountered any company like this.
I am trying to go through my credit card company for a dispute transaction. This has now turned into a huge headache.
STAY AWAY
I was told it would be $125 for the service call but if you have them repair your appliance then they waive that fee. Since I need my dryer repaired I said that was fine. The repairman showed up rushed in took off the back of the dryer said it was the pulley $475 plus tax. He obviously was giving an inflated price because he didn't want to do the work and just wanted to collect his $125 and leave. He was here less than 5 minutes and I felt totally ripped off and mad. I called the company twice to complain and after being on hold for 10 minutes each time they hung up on me. Do not call this company they are a total rip-off.
Places an order and paid for expedited shipping based on what their website said. Never received it. Fedex tracker number said it was delivered. My security cameras never fail and there was not a Fedex delivery. Talked to someone who said the needed 72 hours to look into it. Its now been 6 days and nothing. Contacted them again. Glitch in the system blah blah blah. Need 48 hours to hear from Fedex blah blah blah. Requested a refund. They said they had to have the parts back before they could issue a refund. You can make this $#*! up. Great website but I am convinced they are lying. Buyer beware.
I ordered a light bulb for my kenmore refrigerator and they specified on their website that those bulbs are compatible with the ref. So I bought them even thought they're so expensive! $15 for 1 bulb!
Then the day I got them, of course I need to test and see if it works but no.
I called them immediately saying I want to return & have my money back. Their SUPER RUDE customer agent named Lou, told me that they won't refund because I installed.
How the heck would I know if it works if I don't install?!
Additionally, she said it's your fault you ordered the wrong part.
Then I asked what's the process of returning, she said it's in the box, I said not sure if it comes with it - let me see.
And she just said goodnight and hang up!
Not only are they scam but they also have bad customer service! NEVER buy from this company!
Ordered a control board for my HVAC, which they said they had available in stock and ready to ship, but never got my part (part never shipped).
Ended up cancelling the order after calling the customer service a couple of times.
This is not a serious company that you can trust.
