I bought a remote car key from Remotes Remote, but the car key never worked. I programmed many times and always failed. Remotes Remote told me to go to Honda dealer for special programming. I went to a local Honda dealer and paid for programming. The Honda dealer found out that the remote car key cannot be programmed. It is very bad experience of buying the remote car key from Remotes Remote. Waste money and waste time.

Programmed fine, worked well initially, both of them broke. Since they broke after four months and the warrantee was for 90 days, no matter what I did or said they would not support me in anyway. They said I could buy a new one. They wouldn't even offer faster shipping for free. There was absolutely not any offer of anything except I could buy one. So incredibly disappointed in the service.

No way to program

Received my key fobs and tried to go to their website and to programing the page doesn't work so he surprised it the product actually works and based on what I read would cost more to return it then throw it away :(

I made the mistake of buying 4 remotes, two each for two different cars. One pair were remote keys and the other pair remote fobs. NEITHER set would program using the instructions given. For both sets I had to hire a locksmith to get the remotes to work.

Don't let the low prices tempt you. I ordered a key fob for a 2012 GMC Terrain. I received the item and it wouldn't work. I contacted support and they said while it works on some 2012 GMC Terrain's it doesn't work on mine. They refused to refund me the cost of the item and shipping.

I bought a remote key fob for a 2004 Pontiac GTO which was $143. When I received it I went to get a program and locksmith said the battery was dead which it was a defected key fob. The key fob that was sent to me was not sealed up with the glue everything came apart. I contact customer support they said send the item back and they said they will give me my money back to my checking account. Customer support emailed me as soon they got the key fob back. They did not give me my money back I've been waiting for 10 business days for my money to get deposit to my checking account. I recommend do not order nothing from this company because they will not give you your money back if the item do not work. Now I order from a different company and they have better Keys which work. They do not respond back when you ask them to give the money back shop somewhere else

I bought a key fob for a 2004 Pontiac GTO. I tried to program the key to my car. The remote did not work. Locksmith tried to program the remote still did not work. Locksmith tested the battery and they said the battery was not good and the key fob was defected. I paid $140.00 for the kids and I emailed the supporting and they have not responded back to me. This is a lesson that I learned to do my research before I buy something. I will not order anything from this place again.

Remotes are JUNK!

Purchased 2 remotes to replace the one I lost. Remotes fail to advise that Ford and Dodge require BOTH keys to program your new key OR go to the stealership for $175.00 each OR find a key and lock company that can program them with a computer for and additional, in my case $45.00 above the cost of the keys from Remotes.
Truck now starts every time however both remotes do not stay programmed overnight. RemotesRemotes customer service now wants me to UNHOOK MY BATTERY FROM MY VEHICLE for 15 minutes and remove the batteries from the remotes for 15 minutes instead of replacing or refunding.
In my opinion these are JUNK and their NO HASTLE is nonexistent.

Great Product

Ordered these remotes because they had "RED" ones! Went to to program them, got bounced around a bit. My phone wouldn't show the whole page. Went to my laptop and couldn't open the programming page. So, I tried just looking up my product. The instructions were at the bottom of the page. Went to my vehicle, followed the instructions. Boom! Done!

I live in Western North Carolina and purchased two replacement fobs for 2013 Kia Rio. The product arrived on time and was exactly as described. No complaints there. NOW...good luck getting it programmed. When I did the locksmith search the 1st locksmith that popped up was Keevers Key in Hickory NC. This facility was ZERO help, stated that the product was crap, refused to program the "unsafe" fob and tried to sell me a $200 key to "Help me." After further research I did find a hardware store that now does key fob and key programming BUT they were unable to help me when I arrived because this fob required the 4 digit key code FROM THE DEALERSHIP. Do you think the dealership wants to give you that code...NO, they do not?! Now I have two remotes, no programming and going to end up spending the 200 to make sure my daughter has the fob needed to access and unlock her care safely while she is away at college this fall. Disappointed in the fact that when I contacted remotes remotes about the service provided by Keevers Key and no one acknowledged or cared that they are sending people to a facility that is refusing to service the product they bring and trying to upscale them and make a bigger profit on their end. Extremely disappointed in the process! Will no buy again!

Slow shipping, slow customer support, sent wrong keys TWICE, said key mapping system needs to be fixed, google shows address as residential, I guess computer room is out back.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS, waste of your money, they ship wrong key twice and want me to send back on my dime... bad business.

They sent me a defective remote. It NEVER worked, even when I replaced its original battery with a new one! Complete junk. WORSE, they *refuse* to send me a pre-paid return label even though *their* remote never worked! Terrible "Customer Service" that's given me the run-around even after I supplied them with the name and model number of our garage door opener AND a photo of their opener... BOTH OF WHICH THEY REQUESTED! ***DO NOT BUY FROM THIS *CRAP* COMPANY***

Company is a complete scam, IMHO. Advertise product as compatible with your year/make/model car, and what they send you isnt even close. After jerking you around for a while, they say ship it back at YOUR expense and we will issue a refund, even though the mistake/mis-representation is all theirs! Not sending anything back at my expense as I am certain I would never see any refund. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!

I do not recommend this company at all. Before you buy their fobs, contact a local locksmith. For the price of these guys' fobs and the key cutting cost you'll still have to pay at a locksmith or dealer, you can pay a few dollars more with a locksmith and get an OEM version with vehicle logos. In fact, I caution you against using this company. I paid $35 for 2 remote key fobs for my 2011 Camaro SS. When I got them, they were blank. I paid $70 to a local locksmith to have them cut for my ignition and to program with the original factory key. Only one worked when all was done. We tried switching out the batteries but it still didn't work. It was the first one we tried. The second one worked fine. We even tried re-programming the first, but it still didn't work. I tried to get a full refund for returning the bad one, because I had already paid the $35 a piece to cut them and I figured it was an even trade. They refused to accommodate me over $17.50. The locksmith is giving me an OEM replacement with Chevy logo, like the original, for $85.

I typed in the year make and model of my vehicle on google, clicked the link in the ad Banner, saw the product online that matched my vehicle, added to cart and paid. They sent me something entirely different, told me it was my fault for ordering wrong, and told me I could return the devices and attempt to reorder, at my own expense of course. All of this occurring on an online chat, as they wouldn't answer the phone. I explained my course of action, to no avail.
I contacted my credit card company. They said there were several fraud companies like that, and that they would refund me my money, and eat the expense. I inform my credit card company that I didn't care about the money, but that someone should attempt to stop them. To which they replied, "it isn't worth it". I finally registered as a customer, so that I might review their 5 star company. (bear in mind, I never review a company). Don't waste your time there was no link on their website to review their company.
To all who have reviewed before me, and those who follow; please notify the Better Business Bureau, someone has to stop this!

I ordered 2 remotes, they were reasonably priced but that is the ONLY good thing I can say about them. The fake tracking number they gave me shows that the product was delivered. I never received it, I checked with all my surrounding neighbors and none of them accidentally received it. I contacted them and they argued with me and told me too bad so sad. So they LITERALLY STOLE MY MONEY.

I ordered 2 remotes for my Lexus - I could not get them programmed - Brought the car and the remotes to the Dealer - I had to pay to get 2 key cut and 2 remotes programmed. They could not get the open trunk feature to work on both remotes. Explained again to Customer Service - They did nothing. Did not get back to me and one of the agents - only disconnects you from chat. BUYER BEWARE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. THEY ARE THEIVES.
