Poor quality merchandise. They did send the remote. They did have an email to communicate. But the remote never worked and will not be refunded.

A real scam company! They sent me a defective opener and won't pay return postage. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

When something goes wrong with a product you bought, or its not useable... very hard to get support or a refund... I do not recommend them.

This company is a scam because I bought a key fob and it's not working I spent $140.00

Scam company. They will take your money and send you incorrect and inferior products. THey will give you the runaround and make you jump through hoops to get a refund and then force you to pay return shipping to get a refund. Then refund may or may not be given

IMHO A TOTAL SCAM! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! WOULDN'T RECOMMEND TO MY WORST ENEMY!

Legit business I got mine and they were as described and programming was spot on
