Remote was not delivered although tracking number says it was. Company will do NOTHING to help find it - even though they decided to use usps not me. Ridiculous customer service. Highly recommend looking elsewhere for your replacement remotes.
I purchased 4 remote keys, the first two didn't work so i purchased 2 more. Tried ever posible way to program them. They never worked. Read my owner's manual, downloaded directions, watched videos, locked doors, stepped on the brakes. Nothing ever work
Bought a remote through eBay. Several places on the post said programming instructions available. Including several of the "product photos" at the top of the listing. Way at the bottom is does say that I need to get the programming done at a dealership. After several comments stating they can help me with this, I missed the one that contradicted. Smug email reply from "Customer Service" tells me I made a bad choice and wasted money.
I was shopping for a key and keyless remote for my Suzuki. On the site, you put in your year, make, and model and the site brings up remotes and keys that are supposed to match. Only, they may not match. When I wrote to them about it, they replied that i purchased the wrong key, implying it was my fault. If I were an expert on keys, I might have been able to tell from a picture. However, if I were an expert I would not shop through a website like this one. Buyer beware! They also did not provide instructions for programming the remote. When I searched their site I got the response "no instructions." I then had to spend time emailing my request. They did provide instructions which eventually worked. Customer service is very poor and if you end up with the wrong product, don't expect any satisfaction.
I ordered a replacement key fob remote for our 2005 Toyota Solara. It arrived a day early.
After reading the programming instructions (opening and closing doors, put key in, pull key out), I was very very skeptical. The instructions sound like a child's secret knock or and shake.
Well, apologies, apologies for my skepticism. It worked like a charm. Took all of about 2 minutes.

I don't understand the low reviews as my experience was great. My garage door opener went out as I've had it for about 20 years. I had a hard time finding another Sears garage door opener (even Sears didn't have it) because of the age. I came across RemotesRemotes.com and they had the EXACT remote (not similar or universal but the exact remote) I needed. The price was great and I was able to track my delivery which did not take long, even in Covid times. Once I received my remote, I easily programmed it and it works great. Since this deal came with two identical remotes, I plan to keep one as a backup. I would definitely use this company again and recommend them!

Ordered 1 case, 1 remote and 1 more remote for another car. They sent me the wrong case completely, The first remote I ordered according to their catalog is the wrong one and will not program to the vehicle. They still say it is correct after I did the research and gave them the correct number they should have shipped me Never got around to programming the remote for the other car. Asked for a refund, they agreed but want me to pay shipping for their mistakes. Gave them 1 star because no stars was not an option.
Actually received the key I ordered but it didn't work despite triple checking that I ordered the right one. Returned it for an exchange or refund (at my expense for shipping) and they ghosted me. Don't waste your money.
Well. I have had excellent customer service with this company but that is all, because the remote has not ever worked at all. I replaced the batteries twice. I took it to the car dealer and no hopes there as they told me it was an inferior product, and then I took it to best buy stereo installer and he said it will not function. So after googling and carrying on all during covid, I have finally given up and now the window for return is over. $50. Gone forever. They will not return my money, there is no supervisor to speak with and guess what... no feedback or reviews can be left on their website. I do not recommend this company at all.
Wanted a 2nd garage remote. Saw that they offered 2 for 19.99 so I purchased. Ordered 5/28 and they showed up 6/11. So much for 5-6 business days. Their excuse was it was DHL's fault. So I go to program them and neither one works. Red light comes on for each one when button is pressed so I know the batteries are working. Give them a call, wait for 15 min on hold and at 18:00 recording switched to inform me to call back because they are now closed. Go to H. D. and purchase one of their generic remotes and bam, it programs on the first try! What a waste of time and $$. Stay away from this place!
I recently purchased a shell case (no electronics) for my Toyota Avalon. I received the case in a timely manner but it arrived with no invoice or instructions. It was the correct shell but would not click together. I contacted the company via email (only way to communicate) and after numerous emails I finally was able to provide proof of purchase (a paypal invoice) and photo of shell. Even though the shell is obviously defective, the customer is responsible for return postage. I hardly think it is fair to charge me postage for a $25 shell. The company should send me a replacement shell at their cost. As it stands, I have taped the case closed until I can find another shell. Be very leery of patronizing this company and make sure you save your confirmation email and read their return policy. Their customer service is very poor.
I never received my item. I've been emailing them they keep saying wait a couple of more days and still haven't received my item. Please don't shop with them. I'm in the process of getting my money back being I purchased through PayPal.
I had ordered a key fob for my new car, and although the shipment arrived a decent time. The customer service definitely wasn't! The people there are rude, and end the call instead of letting you talk to ask questions or for help!
Bough two sets of transponder key blanks and fobs for my 2007 Chevy Tahoe for $21.95 on WalMart.com. Fobs programmed in less than 3 minutes. Key blanks cost me $10.00 to cut at locksmith and took me less than a minute to program both. So ended up with 2 sets of keys & fobs for under $35. Auto Zone wanted $85 for key blank and I still had to get it cut.
I have ordered two keys from their web site almost two weeks ago. At the time when I tried to pay for the keys their site went blank on me and soon after I received an Email saying my order didn't go thru. The very next day I ordered the same keys again and this time everything went smoothly then I checked my cc. And found out they had charged me the twice for the same keys but sent me one set. After emailing them for a week they kept telling me wait another day, another day it has been ten days with no refunds. Looks like a scam. BUYES BE CAREFUL. I'm going to call my cc company and have them deal with them.
My package was "disposed of" by USPS since they had a wrong shipping address (my fault), but no attempt was made to get my true address. And this remotes remotes company apparently does not pay for usps to return packages to them.
I order a remote chipped key with fob on key for my vehicle following there instructions on how to select the right key. When I received it, I didn't look at it right away. By the time I did I realized that it was not the same as the key that fits the vehicle. After a while I contacted the company and we went back and forth for a few days. In the end they said that it was the wrong key (yes I KNOW). They said that they could not exchange because it was beyond the warranty time limit. Maybe 2 months? I feel that they sent me the wrong key but they wont exchange it. BE AWARE, if there is a problem send it back! Right away.
Do not order from this "organization". I ordered two key fobs, paid for the three day delivery, and inquired about it after a week. They said that DHL "misplaced" my order. I canceled my order and requested a refund. They said 1 to 3 business days for my refund, twice. It has been over a month and have not received a refund or a product. Emailed them again asking about my refund. I'm sure the response will be the typical 1 to 3 phantom business days. Don't throw away your money with this company.
Absolute scam company. Their customer service is non existent. They are a fruad and will steal your money. They will purposely send you the wrong items and then force you to pay return shipping to get your refund, if they even refund at all.
Answer: Poor quality merchandise. They did send the remote. They did have an email to communicate. But the remote never worked and will not be refunded.
