After a WEEK of working with Microsoft tech support, my computer was in worse shape than when they started. I turned to Reimage. Not only did they fix my original problem in about two hours, they went further to improve the performance of my PC and recover third-party programs that Microsoft's "repairs" had corrupted. The Reimage techs owned my problems and wouldn't let go until I was thoroughly satisfied. Yes, Reimage was expensive, but it was worth it. The time and money I spent on Microsoft was wasted. I've been using computers since 1981, and this is the best tech support I've ever received.
Yes it was good for me i will share the experience. From start to finish step by step thorough inspection and cleaning of the computer for any viruses. I could not ask for more because i know the importance of having a virus free computer, the speed and efficiency is important for me and also the integrity of having a good computer.

I was ready to shoot my computer and go buy another one when I tried as a last resort and contacted Reimage to see if they could get my laptop running again. The customer service was great and the Techs actually cleaned it of all viruses and got the system running again back to speed and accuracy of all programs. Im a happy camper!

After asking for a refund within the 60 days, on the second time of asking I was told that I was outside of that time period. Having picked up a Trojan and my computer isolating the programme I have become disillusioned with Reimage. If the refund is forthcoming I will be forced to leave feedback on review site and start a blog discussing the issues.

I could not get my printer to work no matter what I tried. My tech support person was very patient and worked with me step by step until the issue was resolved and I was sure that not only the test page would print, but I could actually print a document. When brought to my attention there was several vires on this computer not sure when this happened. This is a new computer not had time to go to any sites not sure where they came from.

I believe this business is a sham. I downloaded their software and it worked fine the first time i used it, but then the next time it malfunctioned. It got in a loop and kept repeating the same thing. I e-mailed them about the problem and they gave me a ticket number and said they would get back. That was Fri, Dec 19, and I have not heard from them (Dec. 22) and I sent an additional e-mail and no response. I was going to delete the program and I got a warning that it could cause damage, so I have not done anything as of yet.
Thank you so much to Luz and Arianne. G who were very helpful when my desktop computer decided to have a meltdown. Luz was able to work out what the problem was, and then handed me over to Arianne, who was able to resolve he problem in under two hours! It's good to know I have ReimagePlus to turn to if I should have any further issues. I highly recommend them to all!
