I actually could connect to a real live human being in fairly short order, and my problem was solved quickly. I also commend Kim, Jesus and Mohammed on being very pleasant to work with on top of being skilled and professional. It's nice to know that customer service and satisfaction aren't lost arts as it so often seems in other areas I deal with. Note below: session was a combo of telephone & live chat.
I am very happy with the way they fixed my computer and how quick it was! But the first person I spoke to over the phone was condescending and kept trying me to buy a more expensive version of the product.
I have been a customer for over a year, I called and spoke with one of their tecks. They immediately hook me up with another tech he went through my computer with a fine tooth comb. My computer now works great.

Similar situation - purchased the product for $19.95 - next day received an email saying they charged me $39.95. Ran the product and was on the phone with tech support - long story short they wanted to use my laptop for a few days to fix an issue that should have been fixed the first time I used the software. Definitely would not suggest using. After the first use I had to restore my laptop back prior to the installation since it was taking 10 minutes to bring up IE and about 7 minutes for Outlook. After restore all was back to fast response times.
I had to reformat my C drive and reinstall Windows 7 soon after buying this programme. When I tried to use it again the licence key was invalid so I asked for this to be reinstated and got no reply. After a week I sent an email asking for a refund as I was still in the 60 day period but they still didn't give me back my money, they just kept me hanging then told me I was out of time. I would advise people to think very carefully before buying this software from these people.
The issue was solved in a very positive and effective manner. Easy to understand instructions and reports. I would personalty recommend Reimage to anyone who have had damage to their operating system.

The technician did a really good job of removing issues with my operating system (Windows 10 Pro). He then went through setting up a new user to remove the corrupt user profile, He tested the system and had me try out various programs to ensure issues were resolved.

John was very efficient and very professional as well as being very respectful. He called me back three times to resolve the issue since my land line phone had run out of juice. I called Restoro about a computer problem that their software program didn't fix. They promised to get it fixed guranteed but I would have to allow remote operation of my PC to repair it. Only later did I find out that the repair was done by an outfit called Reimage Plus. The Restoro representative was very slick and easily talked me into paying for a three-year repair service agreement costing $611 (U.S. Dollars). I could have bought a new laptop for that money. Was that kind of expenditure worthwhile? Only after three years will I know. Reimage Plus [located in the UK] will not provide a full refund unless I allow them to restore my PC back to the way it was before they repaired it. I feel like I got scammed. I would accept a cancellation of the 2nd and 3rd year of service for a refund of $400 dollars.

My feedback references the absence of sound on my computer. I had tried everything I know... no luck. Reimage Plus was contacted. I suppose I was somewhat hesitant due to things one hears about "hacking", bogus companies, malware, viruses,; You name it. I was quite surprised. The computer is fixed, up and running fine. To this point I am most satisfied. I don't know of too many people that would say they liked to get "ripped-off"
