The antivirus king ware was not working well and startup was ia issue. The antivirus software was a problem. Apparently, some mslware had made it on my computer and the antivirus softw was not workiing properly. The problem software was removed and everything appear to be working properly.

A good service that would be excellent if the phone connection and speech could be improved. As it was due to the poor reception (spasmodically) that I had trouble understanding what was being said.

The technical support team resolved, over 2 plus days, resolved a series of issues: extremely slow bootup and operating apps, 2x2 wifi card not functioning and low speeds, and HP Officejet Pro 8620 would not connect up to wifi network after upgrading Router and 2019. Windows 10 Upgrades September. This was preceded by my 12-16 hrs trying to resolve all especially HP 8620 issues and wifi download and upload speed. I have experience although am 76 yrs old but used Windows/DOS for past 25 years plus.

This company advertises a servicxe for 1 year and tghe invariably they do a scan and tell you you need to buy the upgraded package. Thew woman i had was rude. They "record the conversations for quality and training purposes." I would love to play it back - clearly the company's phil0osophy and marching orders to the tech you speak with is "sell the upgrade..." Very arrogant whenm I told her I just want the package I was sold and her response is..."oh I understand you dont really want to fix the problem" RUN, DO NOT WALK -RUN FROM THESE SHYSTERS!
