I spent hundreds of dollars for their service and the last 4 times I contacted them for assistance they haven't helped anything, I spent 10 hours on the phone with them yesterday and nothing was resolved. Some employees are rude when you get frustrated with them for not helping. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Save your money and don't bother. Truly a waste of everyone's time and energy and money.
They advertise to fix your PC for $ 27.95 but that is only for PC scan. THEN, if you want them to fix the problem they "find" it is a variety of upcharge options that can be HUNDREDS of $$$. OH, and you dont get the $ 27.95 back. Norton fixed it in 20 minutes for $19.95. Very nice woman on the phone but otherwise a total waste of $$

I purchased Reimage today and when I tried to activate it i had to call to have it activated. They did a scan of my computer and said it was infected with a virus and they could fix it for $$$. While I was on the phone there was a power interuption. Now my computer won't boot up even in safe mode. Don't waste your money!

I purchased this product on the recommendation from Firefox and others, as a way to get rid of the 'Yahoo Search Redirect' malware on my computer. After downloading the program and running it and rebooting; the issue was still there. No fix.

I made the mistake of purchasing this product because it came up on an internet search I had with my computer, My Windows 10 kept giving me an error code " default gateway unavailable"; On the site it said download this program to fix the problem. It's a scam please protect yourself and don't purchase this. They don't even have support staff on duty.
Similar situation - purchased the product for $19.95 - next day received an email saying they charged me $39.95. Ran the product and was on the phone with tech support - long story short they wanted to use my laptop for a few days to fix an issue that should have been fixed the first time I used the software. Definitely would not suggest using. After the first use I had to restore my laptop back prior to the installation since it was taking 10 minutes to bring up IE and about 7 minutes for Outlook. After restore all was back to fast response times.
Complete satisfaction from the start with ReimagePlus. All the support staff, Nestor (?) and Jesus were very professional and thorough. My problem was diagnosed very quickly and I was provided several options. I chose the online service. Didn't have to take my computer to a repair center - all done very expertly, efficiently and in record time. My highest recommendation.

I was checking this product myself and tried it without consulting all the hive mind people on the web. I got to say this is rather amusing because i did find their program helpful to fix all the damage that was caused to my computer software after a virus attack, it restored some of the files that were erased and my computer actually works a little faster now, i guess thank god for small mercies.
Over all, the experience was wonderful. They answered every question I had and also gave me many options according to my price range. They were professional and understanding. Also they finished assisting the problem before their estimated time frame. Great job Jerome and Michael.

Despite to obvious costs, I am delighted to know that the PC is now running faster and is clear of all foreign bodies. The help extended was pleasantly passed on and proved to be necessary. I am hopeful that the same effect can be achieved with my Wife's Laptop tomorrow. This business is supposed to analyze and repair files, add updates, etc. As far as I can tell, it doesn't do very much. The updates installed are older, and often cause you to replace and/or do some repairing of newer updates yourself. This business does not analyze Office. I have read of many, many reviewers having to sort out their files, because they have become corrupted after Reimage has "restored the OS to its original condition." I consider myself lucky, because I only dealt with reimage deleting Firefox, which is not part of Windows, any time I used Reimage's site. $69.95 per year is too much for this product. But if you want, they will try to sell you other products. Sorry I ran into and used this company. Good luck on getting your money back.
I had several / many viruses on my laptop. So i contacted reimage as they came up on screen as an option. Things were explained to me that i had not known before referring to protection or clean up and complete protection. It was all done remotely including payment (paypal) of which i became a bit nervous. I was wrong they have done a great job and i am now far more relaxed and feel more secure. Go for. Antivirus protection and thats what you get, its not so cheap but if you want to protect your ip address then this seems to be the way. Im sure many will tell me different, but then im hardly an expert. I know i had to much crap on this device and now its gone.
