I called Reimage for problems of a very slow computer, and a stubborn printer issue I was unable to troubleshoot effectively. Each individual was so patient and helpful, I couldn't have asked for better service. Problems appear to be solved completely and computer is working again at top speed.

I have a two year old laptop that worked perfectly until recently when sound dropped out of all videos I tried playing. Strangely enough, the time the video plays until sound stops differs. I can watch for 20 minutes until I lose sound. After that it happens more frequently, until eventually sound falls away after about 30 seconds.

In YouTube, when I pause the video and wait a while, the sound starts but falls away again shortly. Also, when I click on the progress bar and the video reloads, sound comes back as well.
I have tried everything i could nothing worked until i downloaded reimageplus software with just one click all my problemes solved. I highly recommend it.

I used this as a last ditch effort to fix my laptop that suddenly crashed right before my midterm and the help webiste i was on looking for solutions said this was good. Well it didnt work so i went to get my money back and after being passed around to 4 or 5 customer service reps asking the same questions i had answered cause they didnt look at the previous chats i had no responses for over 2 weeks and had assumed i was scammed. Then out of nowhere i got an email from reimage escalations saying they canceled my subscription and refunded me. So in the end they did right but it was an awful process to get there. I sent a lot of emails all had screenshots of my previous emails and pictures of my computer being broken. If youre a masochist youll love the site.

When I called reimage about my problems, they did a complete scan of the computer and found a number of oroblems including malware and trojans which I had no idea had infected my system. After a technician worked on the unit, I am happy to say that the computer now boots more quickly and accesses my apps more quickly.

I downloaded it from a company that advertised to be able to remove a certain Malware, the text implied that if I downloaded that specific program, all my worries would be over. So, innocently I downloaded your program which I had come before in various websites and I had already determined that it is a very expensive program. Especially in US Dollars, that I did not even bother to download as recognized the name and knew from experience that the price is way too high, at least for me, a very Senior Citizen without even a trial plan, but you asked for a review and this is it.
Able to resolve a couple of minor issues as well as some more serious ones that I didn't know I had. Only problem was with mobile phone contact from overseas that did not work on my phone

Arjay worked on my devise and he fixed it by resizing the screen... this was an on going problem, due to it was rear and not many new the approach,,,, arjay got right into it and made it so i could invoice my clients and get the work done with out fighting the computer,,,, i would recommend arjay ant day of the week, he is a polite gentleman how nose his craft, im greatful of his work thank you greg grassmanm deeck
