I had booked 5 tickets having reference PNR no. ******* (reference No. *******) for myself & my family members on 02-12-2022 From Cairo to Riyadh in Flynas airlines for a travel of 03-02-2022. Paid the full money in advance Total Fare 8616.93 saudi riyals, later i got a mail saying that the fare changed and i have to pay 1700 riyals to confirm the booking, i paid it. And after some time i got another mail saying sorry again the fare change and i need to pay 1500 riyals or i can cancel the booking. I asked for cancelling the booking and asked for refund. I keep calling the help center and mailing them but till now did not receive my refund. Its now 4 months

I booked ticket two tickets to Bosnia which cause 2200 aed each and I to cancel and refund the money cause my visa is not yet ready but they charge 930 each for penalty. I told them if I will rebook the ticket after two months what will be the charges? They told me 830 aed for each for rebooking the ticket. I called flyDubai they told me if we book the ticket straight to them it is free for rebooking. Or other instances 150 aed charge only. Very disappointed and problematic about the situation. Never I will book with this agency!

Hello everyone, we have bought actually paid for one night stay in Divan Batum suite. We didnt get any mails of reservation code or any mails at sll. We are at the hotel and they cant view our stay or reservation code as well. Don't use this app and website they dont return to you or pay your money back. We are still at the hotel expecting for the site to return to us or send our reservation code but theres nothing. Terrible servise and scam..

REHLAT is not an honest travel agency for hotel booking, I paid 1210€ for 1 week in Shangri La in Sri Lanka but when they had my money, they did not place any reservation to the hotel, I saw many bad experiences with REHLAT.COM for refund, I don't know if I will cancel or not my reservation, but I am not sure to get the money back and be refunded, even if it is clearly write that my reservation is refundable.

I have exchanged number of emails in past 8 munth but rehlat team always says that its in process and waiting for refund from airline. I dont know why is it taking 8 months for them to process, I WONDER HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET THE REFUND AMOUNT DEPOSIT TO MY ACCOUNT P.S. the agency saw my previous reviews, replied to them and yet did not solve my problem yet It seems like they don't care about their customers feedback at all.
