As long as the company continues to use thin, sub-par material to make their shirts, I will not be ordering any more clothes from them. However, their customer service department did accommodate me and took care to issue me a full refund for the shirts I had ordered from them.
I accidentally bought the wrong size. I emailed customer service. They responded promptly and were very polite. They sent me the size I wanted at no extra charge. Which I wasn't expecting. I was very pleased! I have referred my friends to use Redbubble. Thank you and love your site!
I had a great experience ordering from this site, and even when there was an issue with my item being delievered, that was the post offices fault and not their own, they completely understood and sent a replacement with no charge, which i was very surprised and happy about. Definitely going to order from them again.

I bought two cup holders for the car that were too small. So I returned the items, paid for my own postage, and they only refunded the price for the actual item. They should refund the postage as well, considering the item that they sold wasn't as described.
The quality of the shirts for a $30 or $40 price tag even though most of the graphics are pretty good is just not worth it.

Made me think the 3XL would fit well. Apparently you use a weird shirt and the sizing is wayyyyyy off and the 3XL fits more like XL.
I ordered a t shirt and was very pleased at how quickly it arrived! The t shirt itself is very small. I am a size small, but ordered a medium in case it shrank. I should have ordered a large! The logo quality looks great, but was printed too low on the shirt and it looks odd enough that I won't wear the shirt except around the house.

You guys never disappoint but I wou have liked the print on the lighter shirt to be a bit more legible. It looked very good on the black shirt, however, because it was May I cho a lighter shirt color and I was a bit disappointed in the lack of contrast and legibility
Since I already ordered something as a gift that someone else created on Redbubble, I was hoping to create a shirt for my son with some art that he sent to me. It isn't clear at all how to do this! I ended up going to Zazzle since their website to create your own tee shirts is super easy.
