I didn't like the color I ordered and they said to keep it. They sent a different color and I like this one much better. But they didn't even want the old one back. They said to keep it or donate it. That is service! Quality products too. I just didn't like the color of the original ordered item. :)

Quite frankly one of my favorite sites to peruse for t-shirts. Deliveries are quick, shirts fit well and feel great. Throughout multiple orders from the site, I've only ever had one issue with an item (design quality problem I didn't notice from the thumbnail), and that was easily resolved after an exchange with the designer and very helpful customer support staff. You can make or break customer loyalty with a company's response when something goes wrong, and this site obviously cares about their customers.

3 days after I place my order I went online luckily to check that the order has shipped so it will arrive on time. I find that the order is on hold and I was never notified. By contacting support I find that the shirt I ordered is out of stock so it wouldn't have arrived in time for when I needed it but they never let me know this.
I ordered a T shirt in a small for a friend who was graduating high school. It came in at a timely fashion; but it was so small it seemed like it was a Child's Small. So I asked them if they wanted me to send it back; they did not and said I should donate it (which I did) and promptly ordered a Medium for my friend. It seems to fit fine and she loves it! Thank you! I would shop here again!
I decided to purchase this one of a kind piece for my brothers birthday and have been pleasantly surprised by the quality and craftsmanship of the tshirt. It was exactly what I wanted and my brother loves it. The service was great and my shirt was delivered within a couple of days.

I bought a 2x I am really an XL in women sizes but took there advice and ordered a size bigger. It was the size of a women's large or medium. I then ordered a men's large that was too long in sleeves and overall length had to have my sister Taylor it for me. The printing was bad on the 2 nd with an extra line down the tie.
I recently gained a little weight and I didn't like how my (size small) RedBubble tshirts were fitting so I ordered several size medium tshirts so that they would be a bit more loose. When I got them and tried them on I was very disappointed to find that they fit exactly the same as my old size small shirts. In general, I still love RedBubble and I will continue to order shirts, I'll just order a size large from now on (which is crazy because I only weigh 125 lbs). My reason for wanting to write this review is to point out to other shoppers that a size medium purchased a couple months ago is the exact same size as a size small purchased about a year ago.
Edit: Updating my rating to 5 stars. I'm completely blown away by the wonderful customer service of this company! This is the first time I've ever been unhappy with a redbubble product so I've never encountered the customer service up until now. I was contacted immediately about this and they have gone above and beyond to resolve the situation and make sure I leave a happy customer. (Which they certainly succeeded with that!)

I order two t-shirts for my son's birthday. They were a nice quality.
Perfect transaction, i would recommend them.
I had to deal with a vendor (or customer service agent? Whichever it was) about issues I had with my purchase, and it was handled in a pleasant manner. The products always satisfy me and those who I gift items to. Prices can sometimes be a little high, but I am willing to pay such price for the quality I am getting here.
I ordered 2 products, a shirt and a sticker. The sticker was much smaller then I expected and the quality wasn't that great. The shirt was awesome. However, my biggest issue is that it took WEEKS to get these things! Sadly, I won't be ordering again with shipping that takes that long.

I love the selection of shirts but ran into two issues:
1. The t-shirts are a bit longer than I would have expected.
2. The website allows you to choose the color of the t-shirt, and shows you what it will look like with the design on it, but not always reliably. I ordered a shirt with black print on a grey t-shirt, and the grey was so dark that you can't even see the print. So choose shirt colors wisely.
All of that said, I get compliments on my t-shirts ALL the time.
We absolutely LOVE the art work on the 2 shirts that we purchased! However, I was greatly disappointed with the quality of the fabric on the shirts. While the t-shirts are incredibly soft and comfortable, the fabric is VERY thin, I would expect a better quality fabric when paying $25-30 for a t-shirt. Our transaction easy and the delivery was fast. With that said, I don't think I would purchase another t-shirt at full price from Redbubble until the shirt fabric is of better quality.

Originally ordered shirts that ended up being too big, and it was quick and painless to get a re-order with a size that worked for me!
Every time I've used RedBubble it was fantastic. I will continue to use them in the future. There is nothing more annoying than going to a store, finding a cool shirt, and you can't find it in your size. I'll never have this issue with Redbubble!
My daughter loves redbubble and absolutely loved her stickers and shirt I bought for her birthday! Being artistic herself, she really appreciates the original artwork.
Answer: They seem fake to me. I received such horrible service that its hard to believe this is the same Redbubble. Maybe they improved alot since OR maybe they are paying their own marketing people to post fake positive reviews. We will never know. I would say its not worth the risk. Go with another seller.
