I ordered a white graphic tee from the guys at redbubble, and they really cared to get me the right thing! I ordered a size up because I was worried it'd be too small, but ended up overcompensating and it being too big. I let redbubble know and they sent me a replacement, free of charge! The process was quick and the form on the website was very convenient and easy to fill out.
The only reason I gave them four stars was because the material of the tee could be better; it was a bit thin. But other than that, the design turned out great and they were very customer-froendly!

My experience with Redbubble has been great. I can really tell they have "Customer Obsession" as a very important value. I had ordered a shirt, but the print had come out blurry and when I contacted Redbubble for the issue they were immediately ready to take care of the issue and they did. All shirts are also very good quality.

I ordered a print by Gordon Pegler, who is a personal friend. And, I ordered a selection of stickers to adorn my vehicle. I received the order in good time and in good condition.
Their shirts can be kind of hit and miss (often times the colors are off from what's shown online), but the customer service is great! They generally don't even ask me to return the shirt if it's not to my liking and I want an exchange/refund. (Of course I always provide a photo of my problem with the shirt so that they know I'm not just making things up.)
I purchased a sweatshirt as a gift. The selection and print colors I had picked looked good in the picture, but when I received it, it was so dark, it's barely legible. I know that things are always a gamble online however it was rather expensive and now non returnable. I was just disappointed with the quality of the product.
Answer: They seem fake to me. I received such horrible service that its hard to believe this is the same Redbubble. Maybe they improved alot since OR maybe they are paying their own marketing people to post fake positive reviews. We will never know. I would say its not worth the risk. Go with another seller.
