I initially contacted Redbubble about changing the size of a tshirt. That was resolved instantly and in my reply, I inquired as to if there was any update on when you guys would be making tough cases for the Samsung Galaxy s8. The reply I received about this seems like the employee misunderstood me entirely and thought I was having an issue with the website.

Total scam

I lost 50 euro on this site, a lot of waiting and nothing in return. I keep sending messages to them in Twitter and they keep telling me everything is fine, but I don't have the product that I ordered and payed for nor I have my money back.

This is a fraudulent company they are not legitimate or reputable do not order from them. They have been giving me the runaround for over a week saying you're going to assist me with getting my order out I gave him correct information for I paid extra for fast shipping and they've been holding it up for over a week through email and through Facebook messenger ther are bots there aren't real people and there's no customer service that you can call into their fraudulent do not order from them

Very bad company, i think it is a racist company, they disabled my account and took all of my money only because i am from Syria.
If they don't want Syrian people to have accounts, whey did they accepted from beginning?
I don't recommend anyone to deal with them.

I ordered a few things from Redbubble and I was really excited to receive my order. That changed really quick! I read the reviews and I asked myself what the hell did I just do? I should of checked the reviews before I ordered anything... First they delayed my shipment and when they finally did sent the package they forgot to place my name and address on the it... The only thing on the package was the city and zip code. First time buying from redbubble and I promise it's the last time as well. At this point I don't know where the package is, but I'll be getting my money back I can assure you that. Then I'll take my money to amazon! Never had an issue with them. Lesson learned!

LOVE IT!

I bought two dresses (size xs) to wear to a music festival! I'm a huge fan of The Killers! I got so many compliments at the festival! The dresses looked and fit just like the photos online! They are SUPER comfortable! Thank you Redbubble for being so AWESOME!

SO angry. My Visa debit card was charge 4 times for one purchase. Having issues getting them to fix this a d credit me back for the extra debits. And I******* find the fact that you can never call them and talk to person extra annoying. I will never order from them again.

I just bought a Dr Suess "be who you are poster" for my mom for christmas. The price was very reasonable, the quality was great "it looks exactly like the display picture" and it took just over a week to get to me with standard shipping. I would definitely purchase from Redbubble again!

Shipping is a mess

I ordered a shirt and another item. The shirt took forever to arrive (was later than the projected delivery in the tracking email) and the other item is nowhere in sight even though it shipped out on the 16th of last month. The tracking info only applied to the shirt, so there is no way of tracking the other item! This is ridiculous. I don't recommend RedBubble.

Also, the shirt itself does not seem very good quality. Disappointed with it, especially since it was not cheap.

I had some shipping issues that were totally my fault and they were wonderful in working with me fixing the issue. I was very disappointed however with the quality of the clothing itself. For nearly $60 I expected a much heavier hoodie. What I got barely qualifies as a sweatshirt. I will not be doing business with them again because of it.

Computer Says No
October 16, 2017

I signed up for a Redbubble account, today. When I tried to enter my payment information, I got a "Computer Says No" error page. Repeatedly. I disabled my ad blocker just to be sure that wasn't the problem. Still no dice, so I contacted customer service via live chat, and they immediately blamed me. Told me to use another browser to access it. I use Chrome. If your site doesn't work with Chrome, you have failed. The tech support person actually suggested I try Edge. Seriously?

And after all that, the tech support person refused to transfer me to another team for help. I have not, in recent memory, had an experience this bad just trying to set up an account.

Additional actions taken: I finally got logged in with Edge. Same error. I updated my flash player. Same Error.

HELP... Not on time!

I ordered a t-shirt and it would be deliverd between 11-14 December, but the status says it's still even in production (now it's 14 December), not even shipped. Can you guys please speed this up or give me confirmation you can deliver within a few days? I was really counting on this and I have the feeling you are taking my money without delivering? I would like an answer, thanks!

Great site to order from

I had a great experience ordering from this site, and even when there was an issue with my item being delievered, that was the post offices fault and not their own, they completely understood and sent a replacement with no charge, which i was very surprised and happy about. Definitely going to order from them again.

Amazing customer service and products

I had to deal with a vendor (or customer service agent? Whichever it was) about issues I had with my purchase, and it was handled in a pleasant manner. The products always satisfy me and those who I gift items to. Prices can sometimes be a little high, but I am willing to pay such price for the quality I am getting here.

I ordered some stickers to liven up my toolbox and you'll never guess what happened... my order never showed up, seriously. They don't know how they even send each order and although I got my money back it was such a painful experience. Still haven't put a single sticker on my poor blank toolbox.

Ordered a T-shirt to be sent as a graduation gift. I paid extra for expedited shipping & the estimated arrival date past and my order still showed "in process". When I reached out to customer service I got a very cut and paste answer that "due to Covid some vendors shipments may be delayed". Ok but that was not disclosed during the order. And when looking at the artists profile you have no idea where they are located. You have no way of contacting the artist and Redbubble seemed to be guessing what caused the delay. They said if my order was not delivered in another 2 weeks I should contact them again. So almost a month to get a T-shirt that showed delivery in less than 1 week. NEVER AGAIN. I will go to ETSY as you work with the artist. I can't speak to the quality of the T-shirt but the graduate seemed happy with it.

Redbubble attempted to help this customer through the Sitejabber Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond

Eager to get it just right

I have had trouble with getting the correct size, but redbubble was only too pleased to keep trying until I was satisfied. They never even wanted the incorrect items back so I was able to give them to people who just loved to have them. Altogether an ethical and very nice set of people!

I ordered what was described as a "Plain
T-shirt" however when they arrived there were a small graphic on the front of both! I contacted the company via the live chat and Josef resolved the situation straight away and processed my refund there and then :)

I've got work for sale here and also own some of the t-shirts. My one complaint is the printing is a little dark on the shirts. Other than that, putting items in the shop is a breeze and I haven't had any problems with the merchandise.

Looks good, I think it's a bit expensive for a t shirt but it's what he wanted. Packaging and arrival was on time. Smelled horrible like vinegar, this went away after a wash. I will buy again if it says what I like.
