Terrible
December 8, 2016

Redbubble charged me for a product I never received, and are now giving me the runaround in getting a full refund for my order. Not the first time I've had issues. I'm having to take screenshots of my bank account in order for them to realize their mistake. I don't have an order number for my SECOND purchase (the one they charged me for... the one I never received... almost 300 dollars in product)

Account suspended even though all designs were my own and I believe that I broke no guidelines. Account may or may not be reviewed and my payments due will not be paid. So they keep your money and suspend your account without reason given or promise to review why the account was suspended. Keep clear as an artist, you will make them money and lose out yourself.

Serial Incompetence
September 13, 2019

Ordered a printed tapestry. On arrival it was not printed properly, the image being cropped on one edge. Replacement sent, same problem. Second replacement, still the same problem. Then they admit that the can't actually make the item correctly. Astounding. Despite this the item is still advertised on their site.

Shan't bother using them again and have informed the the company using their services of their incompetence.

Here is RedBubble's posted customer service availability:
"If you have questions about anything Redbubble - from where is your order, to exchanging your fresh threads, all the way to uploading an image as an artist, head on over to our Help Centre. This is where you'll find all the answers you need, you'll even be able to speak to one of our friendly support heroes!"

As a consumer, I most certainly do not find "all the answers you need." Even though your site advertises we can speak to an agent, there is no option to talk to a live person, only to e-mail a support request. Where are the "friendly support heroes" I can speak to now?

My daughter ordered 2 shirts from you for the first time and not really knowing what the sizes were like, ended up with1 that was a bit on the small side. Your customer service/exchange team was great - they were very helpful in the exchange process and suggested that we keep the shirt that was too small and sent us one of the right size at no cost! Very impressed with the customer interaction and looking forward to buying more clothing from you in the future! Thank you!

RedBubble is so easy to use and has soooo many options to choose from. When I needed a color change on a phone case, the designer changed it for me in less than 8 hours. My case looks Amazing, too! I will always order from RedBubble from now on!^_^

After receiving an incorrect size item, I expected a refund, instead received a credit. Nothing of interest, ended up using a portion of credit for a t-shirt ordered (every one can use a t-shirt to clean garage or?), after a LONG delay, I finally received the t-shirt. The print is poor, the material thin enough I think I could read the newspaper through it. Probably will use for a cleaning rag. I'll forego the bal. Of credit, there's nothing I would order. Quality of each item ordered was poor at best. Grossly overpriced for quality.

I have placed my first (and last) order to their site. Checkout, paid in full with credit card, they took my money immediately from my account. I got suspicios when I have seen no email coming with a summary of my order. Enter in My account section on their website, check the order and surprise: "Payment Failed". Really? They just took my 300 USD. Contacted their support which said that it was a technical issue and will be refunded after some days... Of course this will not happen. Just lost 300 USD...

Trash quality
March 26, 2020

The quality is atrocious. I sent in a black and white image to be made into a sticker and it looks like there is color on the edges. Print quality bad. And why did they send my two little stickers separately? Weird company. I want a refund. I'm trying out stickermule. They seem to have better customer service.

I order from here all the time. Have had two minor issues with incorrect orders and both times support has issued refund or replacement with 24 hours with support response being within a couple of hours for the first response.
You get a human response too.
Awesome site with awesome peeps.

Ordered three T-Shirts from RedBubble. While the service is decently fast, the print quality is quite low, disappointing for the price. It looks somewhat worn when it is brand new. Will not buy here again, sadly.

Scammers
May 13, 2019

Ordered an item for a birthday present. Package arrive 1 week later than scheduled by them. When it arrived instead of the art ordered there was a piece of cardboard. Customer service said they would send a new one free of charge. When asked about when I will get refunded they backtracked and said you either get the replacement or refund with no replacement. I asked for it to be overnighted and they said they could not. Total scam. Don't purchase anything.

They put up merchandise on their website, but refuses to sell them.
Saw an instagram ad about plain t-shirts, ordered three only to be told a few days later that my order was cancelled. The reason? They don't sell plain t-shirts. Why would you put them up on your website if you have no plans on selling them? Why can you guys not sell something that is as simple as plain t-shirts?
They didn't even offer me a refund at first, only store credit. After requesting a full refund, they said it might take up to one month! Normally it wouldn't take more than a week for a credit card refund. After they read my review on the other website, I was then told the original refund was never processed! Scam? I think so.

A refund has been made, but still, I wouldn't shop with them again.

So as a young person, I'm constantly on the lookout for things that are genuinely unique and interesting: art for my wall, my shirts, my computer, etc...
This is the site to find awesome art and make it a part of your life.
When delivered, not everything looks exactly like when you're ordering (like a sticker might not be the same vibrant colors as the preview in purchase) but this is to be expected when you're buying personalized, not mass produced products.
Customer service is fantastic and quick and so is delivery.

Not Happy

Ordered a mug. It came broken in pieces. The packaging was horrible. They did manage to reply back to me quickly and the order went out quickly. I guess I don't understand why they wouldn't upgrade the shipping. I didn't ask for an upgrade because when I have ordered from other companies they always send it as fast as possible, especially when mentioned that it was a gift. Will not receive it for another 4 to 7 days. I do not expect it to come in any better shape unless it was packaged differently.

Scam Company (IMO)

Refund was provided following this review. Will never deal with this company again._____________
Ordered a product and paid extra for express delivery. According to my account, the product has never been made or shipped. When I cancelled the order they will not provide a refund, only a voucher for future use. What use is a voucher for a company I never want to deal with again.

In retrospect, there would be nothing to stop them from posting items that don't exist and offering vouchers when they never arrive. Hopefully that's not the case.

Printing error.

I purchased a sweatshirt as a gift. The selection and print colors I had picked looked good in the picture, but when I received it, it was so dark, it's barely legible. I know that things are always a gamble online however it was rather expensive and now non returnable. I was just disappointed with the quality of the product.

Terrible business

The quality of the material was not as promised, and the image was off center, crooked, and mis colored. I was eventually given a voucher, but expected to pay taxes a second time. Charge the printer for the mistake, not the customer.
I also learned the 'reviews' on their website are hand picked to shine the company in good light. And they have reviews on Facebook turned off.

My order was delayed due to the holidays and possibly lost by the delivery company. I went to Redbubble on the online chat and told them my situation and they immediately (less than 5 minutes) understood and sent a replacement of the exact same product and it was delivered on time. Overall excellent product and very happy how Redbubble turned a possibly negative situation into a positive one.
