Ordered a mug. It came broken in pieces. The packaging was horrible. They did manage to reply back to me quickly and the order went out quickly. I guess I don't understand why they wouldn't upgrade the shipping. I didn't ask for an upgrade because when I have ordered from other companies they always send it as fast as possible, especially when mentioned that it was a gift. Will not receive it for another 4 to 7 days. I do not expect it to come in any better shape unless it was packaged differently.
