I just an artist from Indonesia that sell my hand-drawn art in redbubble. I joined in January 2015 until now. I never had purchasing at redbubble or something else that outside of Indonesia, because many parcel from outside are missing and never arrive when sent to Indonesia. I never had any issues in payment, all payment sent on time on 15th every month. I have some image that banned and forced down from the list because not following the guide line / rules, but it's okay, that's my fault in uploading some image that may belong someone. Redbubble are great place for artists and buyers to support each other.
This website is absolutely amazing and you can find designs you won't find anywhere else, the ratio price/quality is totally worth it! I had some troubles with my order and in less than 24 hours, I received a very friendly, understanding and professional reply, solving my problem. Truth be told, it was the first time I ordered on this website and I wasn't so sure about the outcome. I can assure you that they earned a faithful customer! ;)
There was a problem with late delivery of my order (which turned out to be the fault of the postal system, not Redbubble). I raised a query with Redbubble and the response was fantastic. Very prompt, helpful no-quibble and courteous service. I'll definitely order from this site again.
I ordered a poster and sticker from them for my friends. The good part was that both items arrived by the estimated date. The bad part? Both were absolutely terrible in image quality (even the small-sized sticker was blurry). I'm honestly embarrassed giving these presents to my friends.
I've never been confronted with a deal such as being told that the item i need to return (which is totally conceivable and understandable) is not even needed of me. I feel as if I have received a "human" type of feedback in the way the customer service has a head-level understanding with the customer. I was utterly willing to go through the steps to send the sweatshirt back, because i consider it Redbubble's property, but i can't describe how good it felt to be told in short terms that I didn't even need to go through those necessary steps. This service has been more than plentiful and i have to add that it seems each time i have attempted contact with Redbubble, they respond instantaneously.

I placed two (rather expensive) orders which were never delivered even after five weeks of time. After contacting the Customer care about the past due date of shipping the order, they gave me an answer that it was lost in transit (when it wasn't even made yet!). The first order was shipped after 4-5 days, but also never arrived. All the consecutive answers were like the customer care clerks were bored on their job and they were just chit-chatting with me about ridiculous things, like "Write us again if the parcel doesn't arrive on the 5th', when it's actually the 5th when I am writing to them. Now I am stuck without my orders, without a large chunk of money I paid for the orders (must say, this was the most expensive shipping I've ever paid, and - I never got my items), as well as a customer service that is making a real fool out of me with their e-mails, instead of trying to solve the issue. I feel literally robbed and humiliated like never before!
The real color of "charcoal heather unisex tee" is totally different from the picture on the website. The product is NOT the same as the picture. Redbubble doesn't even know when something is out of order and let people make order and waste time to wait for orders that will never be shipped.

Original designs by artists and independents who want to share their wearable art is why I come here for that special T-shirt that I won't see mass produced. I enjoy finding niche work and supporting the graphic artists and designers who make the work. The quality of the clothing is great and delivery to my out of the way corner of the globe never a problem... 5 stars indeed.
For a start they got my negative review removed from trustpilot for no reason other than they didn't like it! Witch in my opinion is disingenuous and not a good way to run a company or a website like trustpilot that's supposed to be genuine. So I will post my review here too incase they get it taken down for a second time.
I purchased two t-shirts for my partner and son for xmas one is ok but the over looks like it was a small picture that's been blown up (it's dark and blurry) then to top it off he's only Worn it twice and the print is already coming off! In conclusion I wouldn't recommend anybody buy from this company it is overpriced for very poor quality printing. Literally the only positive thing I can say was the delivery time was good and I could use clearpay at checkout but this is still not enough for me to buy from them again.
Although I had to wait a month for my original order (and it still has not been delivered to me!), when I informed customer service, Shineza got back to me within 20 minutes to send me an additional shipment at no cost! She was incredibly helpful and I am very satisfied.
I ordered a one t-shirt white colour with the Ford Mondeo ST Blue colour.
Fair play delivery was very quick but the quality of the t-shirt it is less than I expected. Soon as you have wear it on you You can see all your body through the t-shirt this is not to be accepted by me for this amount of money over £20 pay for one t-shirt.

I really like your site and the products are great. I'd give five stars except for a couple of things you could improve. You should have a wish list so customers can organize the many products you offer and all designs should be available on all products. Why are some things available on a tee shirt and a bag but not a pillow or a poster? That's it. Thank you.
My son was looking for a T-shirt of an artist for a concert. We found several to choose from at Redbubble. Delivery time was shorter than expected, and T-shirts were of good quality. If the need were to arise again, we would check with Redbubble.
Your not worth my time. I want to warn unsuspecting consumers that of my 30 years as a consumer I have never encountered a company that blatantly lies to its customers.
I am convince there is just pictures of models on the screen and they have to real employees. Customer service talks lie a stepford wife. I will be reporting them to The consumer protection service for fraud and credit card theft.

I bought a t shirt with printed logo for £20.
The shirt used was the cheapest, worst quality shirt I have ever seen.
It was supposed to be slim fit but it had no real shape to it.
Will never buy off these guys again

Maybe Christmas business and post was super crazy but I ordered a Rick and Morty shirt and its totally awesome! It fits totally true to size and it came in 9 business days. Totally within their quoted time! I fully intend on ordering from RedBubble again. Apparel especially! Can't wait to check out a pencil skirt! :D

The t-shirt blanks where so-so. However, the prints themselves where of a horrible quality. Even with cold wash by hand, they started to die after just a few washes. Now, after a year, they're almost gone. I have shirts fromconventions who are of a better quality - and those where free and didn't cost me more then 100$
I don't know what else to think when I've been charged for an order on August 15th and still have not received it. I have reached out twice and have not even been responded to. This almost two months later! Needless to say I will never order from them again and never look back. What a rip off! Doesn't even deserve one star more like -5 would be more accurate and fair.
RedBubble is absolutely amazing! You receive constant communication about your purchase, and shipping and delivery is much quicker than expected. Exchanging is SO easy and quite enjoyable. They have just about every obscure item my daughter wants. And the packaging is adorable.
Answer: They seem fake to me. I received such horrible service that its hard to believe this is the same Redbubble. Maybe they improved alot since OR maybe they are paying their own marketing people to post fake positive reviews. We will never know. I would say its not worth the risk. Go with another seller.
