I placed two (rather expensive) orders which were never delivered even after five weeks of time. After contacting the Customer care about the past due date of shipping the order, they gave me an answer that it was lost in transit (when it wasn't even made yet!). The first order was shipped after 4-5 days, but also never arrived. All the consecutive answers were like the customer care clerks were bored on their job and they were just chit-chatting with me about ridiculous things, like "Write us again if the parcel doesn't arrive on the 5th', when it's actually the 5th when I am writing to them. Now I am stuck without my orders, without a large chunk of money I paid for the orders (must say, this was the most expensive shipping I've ever paid, and - I never got my items), as well as a customer service that is making a real fool out of me with their e-mails, instead of trying to solve the issue. I feel literally robbed and humiliated like never before!
