I bought a shirt and when I tried it on it was two sizes too small even though it's said 2xl the material was super thin and the picture was ironed on really bad the tag says do not dry and only wash in cold water that right there can tell you you have to air dry it and if you tumble dry the picture comes off immediately. I will not be ordering from this site ever again I'm glad that I only ordered one shirt to try it out.
It's a wonderful site to get that perfect tee. My son is a musical theater actor and I have purchased him many unique tees which he loves. He rocks them before and after performances. Great advertisement for both Redbubble and the artist of the tee. He gets many compliments and refers them to Redbubble. Win-win.
I've had my stickers for at least 1 or 2 weeks now and they absolutely look terrible now. I am sad to say I wasted my money because they are all scratched and smudged but I have done nothing to ruin them.
I am on the Redbubble site at least once a week. You would think that it would get old... but it doesn't. I keep stashing fun creative things in my shopping cart. Then, periodically clearing out my cart with a big purchase. My friends and family are regularly asking me where I get such awesome shirts! I could keep it a secret... but I don't. There is enough cleverness to share on this site!
I'm really bad at ordering gifts on time through online purchases, but RedBubble had my back. A week before Christmas I placed an order for two t-shirts, but as always I messed up. The shirts were coming to my house Christmas Eve, when I would be traveling away at my parent's house. Whoops. Once I realized this, I contacted RedBubble and they changed the shipping address to my parents. It worked wonderfully!
Now that I had the gift on time for Christmas, I thought I was set. Nope, of course I ordered the wrong size! Shoot. Thinking I was out of luck, I felt bad about my gift. Again, I thought "maaaayyyyybeeee" RedBubble would have a solution. Turns out, they do. You simply submit a form with your concerns, and I had a prompt email response with instructions to follow. Beautiful.
If you mess up as often as I do, RedBubble is amazing. Thank you so much RedBubble for the supportive help!
I bought a "mask" for my 14-year-old daughter with a design she loved. Spent about 40 dollars (mask and shipping) on a piece of fabric in a shape of a small rectangle that doesn't even cover anyone's face, holes on both sides of the cheeks, hardly covers a nose and a chin. She cried when she got it, cried! I posted a negative review including pictures and they never posted it on their site under the mask I bought. Never even bothered to appologize for it. They saw the pictures. All these good reviews about their masks must be fake. There is no way they properly fit anyone. There is not enough fabric to even do any adjustments. Shame on you Redbubble!
I ordered a single studio pouch from Redbubble in on August 6th of this year. The manufacturing time was four days, which was satisfying enough, and my order was sent off on August 10th.
I live in Slovakia, and expected my package to take some time as they usually do - delivery times from the US for me have ranged anywhere between one and three weeks, so I was ready for a long wait. I ordered it about a month before I was set to move abroad, but I figured it'd still make it here before I had to leave; it didn't. It took more than two months for my order to arrive, and I had actually given up and thought it stolen or lost. I received it in early October, long after I'd moved away, with no explanation as to why it took so long.
Love many of the artists and items Redbubble offers, but I will not be ordering from them again.
ETA: I received a full refund of my shipping costs after I wrote this review. I have to say this impressed me; I have upped my rating by one star.
Well where do I start. This company sucks! I tried to order a shirt and sweatshirt, they charged me 92.00. They never sent a confirmation email. When I tried calling them there in NO number for customer service. Its been about 2 weeks and I still have not received anything and my account is still charged 92.00. If I don't get my money back soon I am take these scammers to court. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!
I ordered some STICKERS weeks ago that still have not been delivered. Don't waste your time- order stickers off amazon. While they're cute, I would have never paid to ship 3 INCH STICKERS to my house and not receive them for weeks? I'm assuming these go through standard mail. Not even a package. What is the hold up? Would not recommend. Not worth your time.
I have always seen stickers on other peoples laptops, water bottles, etc. but I never knew where they came from. When I finally found this site I was amazed by the variety! I currently have 8 stickers from this store on my laptop and plan on ordering more soon. Some of the prices can be a bit ridiculous but if you are picky you can hunt out the cheaper ones. They are great quality. I couldn't be happier
I was amazed at the selection, and the actual shirt quality feels like silk. The only reason i rate it a 4 instead of a 5 is because of the fact that if you do not cold dry rinse wash it, the fabric... Melts, in a sense. But, its nothing that a good lintbrush cant fix, and it went back to its original state. A great website, too, better than Etsy because the selection is much much larger. Thanks, redbubble!
I saw a post of Facebook showing the Celine Dion metal shirt. I knew I had to get it for my boyfriend. When I google searched for it, redbubble came up. At first I was skeptical and I thought it might be one of those scam sites. I put my trust into it anyways and was pleasantly surprised! It shipped in a timely manner too! Actually I think it got here early! I will definitely purchase again in the future. Thank you!
If you want your art to be sold for way less than it is worth, sell it through red bubble! They take over half of the money you sell your items for, AND they charge over a monthly $10 on top of your earnings! It says you've made $50? Nope, you're only getting $35 in your monthly payout because youre "new" despite being on the website for multiple years and having sold over 200 items…. See why I dislike them?
This is a follow up to my previous review. I still get complements on my unique totes. I have given several as gifts and they have been well received. When I received the totes they were kind of stuff. I thought they just needed to be used like any product. I guess there is some sizing or coating used in the printing process. So I was concerned about how to care for them. I took a chance on machine washing them. With my other colors. I turned the totes inside out. They have a black lining. I did not want the color to affect other fabrics in the wash. When I took them out I put them in the dryer with the rest of the clothes on the permanent press cycle. Medium heat with a cool down. Too my surprise they were nice and soft when they came out. I like them even better now. I see no change in color. No bleach was used only detergent. So have no fear of ordering totes and Caring for them.
I sell and buy stuff from Redbubble. I think it's a great quality print and shirt and I'm very happy, also with the prices. I have no idea where all the negativity comes from about the bad quality. I've tried stuff from websites like Spreadshirt, which is like the biggest guy in this and their stuff is just as good. I've worn my T-Shirts from Redbubble like a thousand times, and washed it, trained in it and the print or whatever didn't fade.
I had ordered a tee shirt after reviewing all the colors. When it arrived, the background color was too dark to be able to see the graphic (unlike in the photo). My grandson had already taken the tags off and was wearing it, but I was very disappointed. I emailed a photo and RedBubble offered me some compensation for a new tee shirt, which I think is very fair.
I've ordered a nice T-shirt for Birthday of my friend. Redbubble assured me it will be delivered in 2 weeks. A month has come, no info about my order, just promises it will be delivered shortly. No tracking numbers, no tracking at all, no money refund as well. Very disappointed

As long as the company continues to use thin, sub-par material to make their shirts, I will not be ordering any more clothes from them. However, their customer service department did accommodate me and took care to issue me a full refund for the shirts I had ordered from them.
I ordered 5 small stickers for my Grand-son 11/30/15.On 12/1 the funds were taken out of my account and haven't gotten them yet it IS NOW 12/18 AND NO WORD. I was given an order # but when I tried to track my order I was told there is no such order. I cant get in touch with them. I tried calling but was told the mail box is full. I will never do business with these people again. To me this is a scam. All they had to do is stick 5 small stickers in an envelope and send it.
Do not sell your work on Redbubble, the support team fail to give you updates on your situation after taking days to reply. They will also stop replying to you completely. I have been waiting 6 days for an update and the last reply I had was 3 days ago.
Terrible company and support team go elsewhere.
Answer: They seem fake to me. I received such horrible service that its hard to believe this is the same Redbubble. Maybe they improved alot since OR maybe they are paying their own marketing people to post fake positive reviews. We will never know. I would say its not worth the risk. Go with another seller.
