Stay away
September 30, 2013

Stay away. They are terrible. This is some kind of a scam. I have been trying for weeks to get two t-shirts I ordered delivered sent to me. They keep (supposedly) shipping it to the wrong zip code. I am starting to think this is just a scam to get charge card numbers or something! They have no customer service, just a computer auto response. STAY AWAY!

I paid extra to have two tees delivered by 12/8. It is now 12/9 and when I checked the status, the items are still in production. They will not be here in time for the 12/11 party I needed them for. Why did I pay extra for a 12/8 delivery when they can't even get them out the door?

Slow delivery
March 25, 2018

I ordered a tote bag for a birthday gift on the 6. 03. 18, and it was shipped on the 09. 03. 18. I was informed that it would arrive between the 19.03 - 22.03. I emailed them saying that why is my package not delivered yet and they just reply saying "your order is currently on the way and if it doesn't arrive by 29. 03. 18, contact us on that date at the very latest. Blah blah blah." Totally misleading info, they tell me that it would arrive on that date and today, 23. 03. 18 they're saying it's currently on its way? I'm very very frustrated.
Edit: Today's the 26. 03. 18 and nothing have come. I've contacted RedBubble but they're unhelpful and repeats the same thing as in the email.
Update: I finally got my delivery on the 29.03, a week after the expected delivery date. I never requested this but Redbubble sent me a refund of about $9... no idea why? Probably to make up for the very late delivery.

Very professional

I found the service very professional: I'm in France and I commanded a shirt on Redbubble and although it hasn't arrived on time, I had an excellent reactivity from the support service and they finally sent me a free replacement tee that arrived very quickly. I guess the transporter is responsible for this issue and the quick answers from the support were really pleasant.

For the product on itself, I have nothing special to say. It is exactly what I expected and it seems to be of good quality, but I can't say anything about the long-term quality.

Bad service
August 2, 2020

Order was shipped on June 22. Tracking says it was dropped of at post office in my town and will be delivered on June 29. Went to post office and it was never there. Tried to find out were package was and just get the same message over and over again to "check with your locals" even though I wrote I already did. They just keep sending me the tracking that says it is at my postoffice. Do yourself a favor don't go to this company!

The worst site ever.
I bought a few "girly cut" tees from them. Awful. After a few washes they faded and the print started coming off.
As for the artists, well all the great artists have left and now all they have are MWC (Moms with Cameras) If you want blurry out of focus shots or nudes with dirty feet then RB is for you.

The bubble has popped with that site. There is no more community as the bullies now rule the forums. If you disagree with them, then your account will be suspended or you will face a ban. Most of the artists have problems with getting paid. Many have waited months for payment.

Avoid this site like the plague!

I ordered 2 different designs, one fit great but the other (dispite the size chart) was too snug to get over my chest. After contacting RedBubble for a return/exchange, they were prompt to get back to me about sending me a larger size. I can hardly wait because the print on the original shirt is fantastic!

Great experience

After I ordered, I read some awful reviews about never getting orders and the customer service department not responding to inquiries. I was really worried that I wouldn't get my order. However, I got everything I ordered, in several separate shipments, in less than 2 weeks. I have zero complaints.

I ordered a phone case a few weeks back, and the print looked good, but the case itself was defective and didn't fit my phone properly. After contacting Redbubble, I was quickly sent a replacement. The new case fits well, though it does scratch pretty easily.

I decided to give Redbubble another shot and order a tote bag. Well, the bag is disappointing... The black straps were sewn unevenly. The print isn't cropped the same as it was in the site preview. And the fabric is a little fuzzy on one side.

I don't think I'll order from them again, which is a shame because there is a lot of great artwork on the site.

I ordered 37 stickers for the musical Chicago to give to the members of a high school musical. I ordered the product on 3/15 and on 3/16 I received confirmation that the items had been package and delivered; estimated delivery date 3/21- 3/27 (perfect, event was on 4/1). On 3/30 I received an email informing me that my estimated delivery date was now 4/4 - 4/7. Since I would now not have the item on the day of it's intend use I emailed RB and asked for a refund. My refund was granted and I was told to keep my order (thanks, but its of no use now). Today 4/4 my order has arrived. In my package was NOT 37 stickers for the musical Chicago, but rather 4 stickers pertaining to golf and pickleball. What an absolute horrible experience!

Poor quality

*Edited: Redbubble contacted me and issued me a full refund. I appreciated the prompt response from customer service. However, I still do not plan on using them in the future due to the poor quality of the product I received.

I ordered a pillow cover and it was pricey for just the cover. Received it today and it was very cheap and poorly made. The artwork itself was great but that was it. Very disappointed. Went to write a review on the site but there was no place to post a review although they have plenty of 5 star reviews (*ahem* fake reviews, in my opinion). Very shady.

Racist company

Through my experience, designers from the third world are mostly banned, I don't know why, especially after a long effort and their hope to improve their living situation. I created three accounts, and every time I make a great effort, and after developing the store, I get banned for no apparent reason.

Never received product

Charged my card and never received product. Tried to contact them and says order number is wrong which I copied and paste from their confirmation.
Then I tried chat and they went offline cant find a phone number.

Awesome place!

We are newlyweds traveling around Europe. It was our first time staying at that hotel.
The hotel is very modern, very clean, with great staff.
The view is breathtaking!
Its our favorite place no doubt!

AVOID!

STAY WELL AWAY! Paid for express delivery, tracking said 'undeliverable' and has no further information available. Says they left a calling card but they didn't - our office has a manned reception so we know nobody tried to deliver anything. Customer service don't reply to emails or twitter. Stick to Amazon - these guys are useless

Love it

Have purchased a fair range of tees, hoods, and bags from Redbubble and have had only a couple of issues that have been resolved quickly and to satisfaction! Ordering is super easy and delivery has always been on time and with no problems.
The only issue I have been having lately is trying to pick from all the amazing and unique designs found on this site. Wow!

Terrific service

The variety of designs - in all areas of interest - is absolutely astounding. My order came quickly and is absolutely wonderful. I have gotten a lot of compliments on the scarf designs I ordered, and I found some designs I never thought I would locate (opera, literature - unusual ones!). I have no idea how you produce these AND ship them for such a low price, but I'm absolutely delighted!

Same issues as everyone

I ordered a bunch of stickers. They didn't show. I was told to wait. Still didn't show. They sent it out again. Waited a week after that was supposed to arrive and still nothing. Their customer service was pretty good, probably because they deal with this all the time. Still disappointed and let down

RedBubble is fun for photos and digital art. I have never bought anything from them so I cannot speak of the quality. I do have my art there as a portfolio sort of place. They will sell your prints, posters, cards etc for you and you control the markup on your stuff. It is free to join. There are no fees.

I like that they let anyone join. Apparently they had some "offensive material" but don't look at that if you don't like it.
I like that you can copy html banners for other sites and help promote your art. If you want to be really invloved then you can since they have contests and groups to join that have similar interests. It is so fun to talk to other artists from around the world. You can find out about all sorts of free programs they use to create.

I ordered a mask with a character from Crash Landing. I received a mask totally unrelated to my order. I went to returns to request a refund or return and received a message that it is not returnable. Customer service does not exists for this site. So if you want to order something and get another product unrelated- this is the site for you. So now I will stop payment via my credit card. See photo of what I received.
