Redbubble is by far, the most fascinating domain for buying t-shirts and similar goodies.
The variety and the level of artistry that is involved with the designs is simply impeccable and peerless! I would shop more from Redbubble as there is no other place which can satisfy my t-shirt demands and desires.
First off, I have always liked the psycho rangers then when I heard they have shirts I thought it was a dream but it was real and the detail is so accurate also hope they do more in the future. Keep up the good work redbubble have high hopes for this company.
Ordered a sticker from an artist called Wonkyrobot, the sticker itself was fine, but the print on the sticker came right off. I contacted Wonkyrobot to correct this issue and possibly send me out another sticker, completely ignored my message. Didn't even try to contact me to fix this problem, they obviously don't care about their customers concerns or complaints and their products are bad quality.
I ordered several things the last 3 years. Mu son is very happy with his t-shirts from his favorite games. We can't get that over here. From one t-shirt the print was not that good, But from 8 others they were great. Delivery was quick. Also other things i ordered were fine.
Exactly as I said in the title. They offered a "free reimbursement" which just meant that they would send me the stickers that I had already ordered, but 2 were unavailable so they could send the 8 I ordered and then a $2.88 voucher. The stickers themselves are $3 each without the promo (50% off for 10 stickers) so I couldn't have even bought back another sticker to make it 9 for the price of what I paid. I'd highly recommend just finding somewhere else.
I am irritated that my order could not be tracked and then, after waiting 3 weeks for the order, I was not immediately offered an expedited replacement. When I asked for it, I was told the replacement must match the original order & I would need to pay for expedited shipping. It was only after I asked for a supervisor to contact me, that I was offered a one time exception to get the order expedited to me. It should arrive a WEEK from now. So, if it does come, I will have waited a MONTH for my original order. It is also annoying that your company has no phone number listed anywhere on your website to be able to speak with someone live about matters such as this. My daughter really wants these stickers & has waited anxiously for them, checking the mail everyday. If it wasnt for that, I would have cancelled the order. I am not thrilled with your customer service.
They suspended my account without warning or an email. Tried to reach out and nothing. I'm an artist and I think they stole my images. Stay away from Redbubble, for sure a scam.

Literally the WORST customer service. I have ordered from Redbubble several times in the past and had great experiences, but this time they sent me all of my stickers (a $30+ purchase) and they were so grainy and blurry you could hardly make out the images! I reached out to the support team and they told me that I would have to pay to have them reprinted and if I wanted them in time (the date I was originally supposed to get them), I would need to pay an extra $20 for express shipping - when they only mail the stickers via USPS for free in the first place! Absolutely horrible and did nothing to try to remedy my situation. Will now be looking for last minute gifts instead. Stay away!
Were amazing. They shipped super fast, they were a great material (they weren't like cheap tote bags that you can find at some department stores) and the art work was absolutely gorgeous. I got one tote with a beauty shot of Sarah Paulson and it is just fantastic, the art work is incredible. I got 2 more bags inspired by the show American Horror Story and there are about 30 more I'd like to get just from this website(they had a great variety). So overall they get 100% by my book.
I found a picture I had been looking for all over the internet and the whole service was easy fast and nice to deal with.
My picture was 3 days late, slow mail not redbubble and when I asked I got an answer in less than an hr

I placed an order for items to show at a convention this weekend and despite opting for express shipping which guaranteed delivery on the 28th, I've still not received my order. Since I no longer require the items in question, I put in a request of a refund yesterday but have not yet heard back from Redbubble despite the site stating that someone would respond in 2 hours.

RedBubble removed a photo of mine without giving me what property of mind they deleted. Nor did RedBubble even give me a chance to see what Item, who claimed it, and why. I never had the opportunity to even argue my point of view since it was a photo. I never, ever want my photography to infringe on someone else's work or copy written piece. It would be great to learn who, what and why.
I ordered a phone case a month ago and was told it was going to arrive 10 days ago. I haven't gotten any update emails or updates on the app and ups hasn't updated since the 10 days ago. No ways of tracking at all I do not recommend using Redbubble at all unless they fix their tracking system.
Only company I know of other then PBK that you can order socks on 12/7 and not have them for xmas. Seriously what a joke. Further more, you cant even cancel your order and get a cash refund. STAY AWAY from this site!
I had an issue with the print quality or one of my orders and contacted redbubble to see if there was any help I could get (I didn't hold out much hope tbh) and after sending some images of the garment I was told I could have a full refund or credit so was entirely satisfied with how I was handled! The t shirts are fab, so many options, great to take advantage of a discount code comes around! Very pleased overall
I am very dissatisfied with the current revision to the site. Currently it is not possible to "favorite" clothing, only other items. I have been informed that this is a temporary problem due to changes in the site and will be corrected. But I was not told when that will happen - a week, a month, longer? There's no logical reason to launch a site revision like this. All it does is annoy your customers when they find a feature suddenly missing, and for the customers who stay, once they start using Pinterest as a work-around will just be annoyed later when the feature is eventually available again.
Redbubble is the limewire of print on demand sites. They will ban you for no reason, including using a VPN.
I made few designs and started making sales then they locked my account. When I replied to their email and queried them about it they simply terminated my account and said how I had copyrighted stuff. A massive lie. They have no contact number no customer support and even if you submit a ticket they send you fake a email that says they will get to you soon and then they completely ignore you. They have a chat option but you don't know if it's a real person or a bot, they just repeat the same things and tell you to submit another ticket. Don't waste your time on Redbubble, they will most likely ban you steal your art, continue selling it and scam you if you buy art from them. Speaking of copyright, this screencap is just one "account" currently running on RB. Apparently you can sell all the copyrighted material you want, as long as you're RB.

I have purchased a set of mugs from Redbubble on 12/12/2017. However, I did not receive the order, the case for which I blame the Turkish customs. On 16/4/2017 they sent my complete order again to me for free, to my address in Germany this time. Great customer care.
I ordered a shirt from there a few months back. The shipping time was rather high (it was USA to EU so it's understandable), but it was within the timeframe they said the delivery would take place. Product was high quality and very affordable. I will definitely order again.
I paid 25 for a super thin tee shirt with an iron on graphic that is blurry/fuzzy looking. It did not look like this in the online photo. I love the concept behind the tee shirt graphic but execution is lacking. I doubt I will purchase from you again.

Answer: They seem fake to me. I received such horrible service that its hard to believe this is the same Redbubble. Maybe they improved alot since OR maybe they are paying their own marketing people to post fake positive reviews. We will never know. I would say its not worth the risk. Go with another seller.
