You give them money, they create a tracking number, but don't ship. There's no way to get customer service. Total scam. They say, "please contact Help Center," but there is no way on the site to do it. Just leads to a dead end.
I bought the Greyhound Brindle Beauty 252 pc puzzle. The good news is the picture looks EXACTLY like my 8 year old greyhound Stella. The quality of the puzzle is terrible. The pieces are all pretty much the same size and shape. The white portion is literally the same size/shape/color. For all it's worth the pieces do not fit together very well. The cardboard is very thin. I've bought puzzles from other vendors and they are much higher quality. I would not by another puzzle from this firm.
Items were poorly made and expensive. Quilt covers did not have pillow cases included. Tshirts were either too small or not sewn correctly at seams. I ordered what I thought was an iPad case since it was quite expensive, when it arrived it was just a sticker.
I was thrilled to find what I thought was the perfect item for a Halloween costume. Submitted my order, and paid extra shipping so as to not even cut it close. After checking the tracking before it was due to be delivered, it still hadnt been processed as shipped.
I contacted the company, who said they lost my order on the way to fedex. Could not get it to me in time.
UPDATE:
They must have found it, because it came several days later. They also re-sent the order, which came a day too late, but I appreciate the thought. Product good quality. Changed 1 Star to 4.

I love all the art on Redbubble--you can find gear for any of your fandoms. The shirts I've gotten have been very high quality.
I had to return a shirt once because I made a mistake and they got me the right one with no hassle at all.
I can't believe the variety in what redbubble has to offer. It's not your common cool T-shirt site. It's much much more then that. From clothes for men, women and children to phone cases, decor and even stationary. It doesn't matter what you like. If its videogames, anime, music, or even the most random things you can think of. I just gotta say the artists that provide for redbubble are definitely top notch.
Redbubble was extremely polite and very prompt about taking care of my issue. I have never had such great customer service. I thought that the whole email process of contacting customer service would have been completely automated & that my issue would not have been resolved, but i could absolutely tell that they were not a fake person. I completely understand why you guys use the email technique. It would be such a pain in the $#*! to have calls all day long with the same issues. I support the whole email technique for customer service. I may have not received my email as quickly as I would have like, but i have no complaints because at the end of the day my problem was resolved! THANKS REDBUBBLE! I will definitely be shopping here a lot more, & also recommending Redbubble to family & friends :) Good job guys!
I ordered a t-shirt last year and it didn't arrive here. I tried to contact the support center to figure out what was going on, but they didn't give any help and refund. Here's my advice for potential customers: STAY AWAY!
They have such an expansive collection of shirts and all kinds of different merch where you can get somethin you love on a shirt, a pillow, a phone case, as a sticker and more! Taking the time to write a good review Bc Redbubble is so awesome! I shop online there so much and I can always find what I'm looking for! Just over all awesome. Plus you support independent artists which is rad :)
I bought this shirt (check picture). The preview showed it as a very high quality print but what I got was an image that was blown up like 3x to fit the shirt. Also, I ordered a medium shirt and I'm 182cm and the shirt goes down past my waist. I have no idea who makes their fabrics or who they employ to get this stuff made but it's absolute garbage and I wasted $40 for a shirt that I don't have the courage to wear outside because it looks cheaper than a $2 tee bought from China. Absolute trash, avoid lie the plague!

But on the selling side of the website something shady is going on they suddenly suspend accounts of people without any reason and still keep selling their items and keep the money to themselves. They do not reply to inquiries and requests. And they have not provided any contact number or email-id through which we can contact them. Something is definitely not right there.

I ordered 5 stickers over a month ago, and they still have not arrived. About 2 weeks ago I got an email saying they lost my shipment and would get my stuff delivered as soon as possible... well, it's been two weeks, and the $50 worth of stickers I bought are still not here! I am livid. What horrible service and way too expensive if they aren't going to be on top of their business. I will never order from here again.

I finally received the stickers as ordered... but weeks late... after several attempts to contact Redbubble directly (no such way seen on their website)... tried by sending response to their original email notification got about but heard nothing... and only heard from Redbubble after complaining to PayPal (two weeks after complaining... one week after finally getting product). BUT even after finally getting stickers ordered I am very unhappy with the quality of each and every sticker ordered... each one does not remain stuck down... and continues to lift up in one corner or another. So I will never be ordering from them again. Totally dissatisfied with your product... will never order from again... or recommend.
My little granddaughters are to take part in a play about Charlottes Web. I ordered a few cute cards, in plenty of time I thought. They never even got shipped. I git right on it because this was important to me. Excuses, excuses, excuses. I will never order from them again and I truly hope no one else does if you don't want to be disappointed. Unbelievable over a few greeting cards.
August 2013:
Great design choice, chose a hoodie and t-shirt to judge quality and fitting (I need XS in UK so finding clothes that fit is difficult).
Order took an extra 3 days than the 10 working days stated.
Also had to pay £11.30 customs charge at the post office depot (I didn't have to pay when ordering from EMP, also USA based.)
Upon opening:
Minimal packaging (Good)
Good fitting
However the designs on both garments was printed on, rather than being embedded in the fabric. From previous experience, this tends to lower the wearable life of the garment and can crack/peel after a few washes.
As a student, I cannot afford to keep paying the customs tax. This and the print quality would stop me buying again.
Beware! Do not buy from Red Bubble.
I ordered $215 of items, 10 shirts from Red Bubble. I received an EMPTY envelope with only my home address and Red Bubbles return address! Not 1 shirt was in it! Just air. Heartbroken daughter as these were for her birthday :( Now I have to wait 120 days from my bank for dispute.
Red Bubble why would you do this? I will be contacting BBB and file report on them.
Oh how I HATE this site. I tried to buy one simple iPhone case and the website kept telling me that the billing address on my credit card did not match the one I had entered in the website. Meanwhile on my debit/credit card I, apparently, have bought three of these cases and have spent over $100! I never got a confirmation letter or anything! I was told that my credit card wasn't even working for the site while while really they were subtracting money from my bank account without sending me anything in return! I want my money back and I want it to be known that this site if a complete fraud and an utter scam do NOT buy from redbubble.com period!
I ordered a t-shirt as a gift but unfortunately due to my fiances strange torso shape (i. E. too short) found myself in the position of having to get a different size. Answer: They seem fake to me. I received such horrible service that its hard to believe this is the same Redbubble. Maybe they improved alot since OR maybe they are paying their own marketing people to post fake positive reviews. We will never know. I would say its not worth the risk. Go with another seller.
